Introducing eCitizens Bank's newest product... the XCDBond.

XCDBonds combine the compound interest rate of a CD with the weekly payments of a Serial Bond.

The way it works:

You buy an XCDBond for the set price of 5 Gold. A compound interest rate of 3% is set on the 5 Gold XCDBond. For 3 weeks you will receive a payout of 1 Gold. The final week you will receive the remaining balance of 2.45 Gold. In the meantime you will receive 3% compound interest on each week's remaining balance. The total payout is 5.45 Gold!

At the moment I am only offering one XCDBond of 5 Gold and will receive a total of 5.45 Gold over a four week period. In the future I may offer a 3 Gold and an 8 Gold XCDBond.

I don't really see the difference between this and the regular serial bonds, but HOORAY!!! I think I'll wait until the 8 GOLD XCD bond is offered, though.

Difference would be you getting your gold back. That's it right? I suppose you could use the gold you get back to invest even more so you don't have to wait.
