I’d like to take some time to introduce you, the people of the United States of America, to the rebirth of an age-old program. The US Mentor Program aims to reach out to newborns of the United States of America and help them through their first days as a new citizen. It does so by utilizing the knowledge and manpower of the active US citizen base. Simply put, one signs up to be a mentor and changes the lives of the new citizens they touch.

We all remember our first days in this game. For most, they were confusing and we were overwhelmed by all of the strategies, guides, forums, and chatrooms we had to get in order. eRepublik Rising only makes the first days harder on new citizens, meaning mentors are in higher demand than ever before.

The mentor program has gone through many iterations and rebirths throughout its existence. New directors bring new styles and new times bring new systems. Oftentimes, the mentor program has fallen into disarray due to inactivity of both directors and mentors. All the while the new players are suffering and our countries future is looking bleaker.

With the birth of eRepublik Rising, it is more imperative than ever that we secure our future. For this reason, the mentoring program is receiving an overhaul. The old system was disorganized, and mentors were not held accountable for their charges. This will be changing in the new system. The program is now highly organized and streamlined. It requires activity from mentors. And yet, despite the new system, it’s easier than ever for dedicated mentors to do their job.


Mentors Change Lives!

Just 5 minutes a day can help change the future and progress America further towards power and wealth, as well as providing the future generation of players with the help they need.

Highlights of the streamlined mentor program include:

• Self-directed mentoring

- Mentors choose their mentees, and are not forced to meet quotas

• Mentor Activity

- Mentors are required to check in occasionally to make sure that there are enough active mentors to go around.

• Organization

- Everything has been streamlined and ease of use is high
