Will the eUK ever learn?
roadrunnerspeed
Well I’m sure a lot of you remember how much fuss my last article caused so I thought I would deliver another hard hitting article and not doubt annoy another bunch of politicians. However I do not care what they think, the people of the eUK deserve to know! - Please vote up!
I know people hate reading long articles so here’s a summary section:
eUK Spending:
Income
Work with the government
//////////////////////////////////////// //////////////////////////////////////// ////////////////
Now my question is does the eUK ever learn from past mistakes? Well it seems not. I may be situated in another country however I keep one eye on the eUK and in particular the economic affairs. I also keep a watch on their forums (link) so I can see any issues that may be developing and well this one is an old favourite of the eUK – OVERSPENDING.
Over the past couple of weeks the eUK congress has passed several laws requiring a vast amount of spending. Money of which is the tax payers! Ok its nice to have these ideas that in the long term improve the country but for christ sake can you don’t need to do them all at once. I am referring to ideas like; Wellness Fast*, Nationalisation of weapons companies and as we speak other nationalisation ideas are being discussed (again costing the tax payers money). Of course the government always has hidden costs that you don’t see as these are done behind closed doors. That not to mention the WAR ideas being discussed (talking around 600G +)
So we are back to the main problem spending more than you are making. Now at the moment it’s not too bad as you make about 2K GBP a day and are spending about 2-3K so the effects aren’t overly noticeable. However soon they will take their toll as new ideas come along and cause more issues.
Now I hear some of you say “why doesn’t the MoF stop us? It’s his job to tell us”. Well although the MoF has some powers he doesn’t have the power to completely stop legislation. To add to this the MoF can only do so much prediction and certain costs (usually those on the military side) creep up unexpectedly and can’t be predicted.
Subsequently - How does it affect you? Well taxes will remain higher for longer so you end up paying more.
To add to the overspending the economy has also been hit by low offers on the Monetary market along with slowly decreasing prices on the general market place. For the consumer this is brilliant in the short term, however long term this means possible job shortages companies going bankrupt. Some of the economist will be saying “so what , its a free market” and well i’m sick to death of this argument. Stop trying to make life hard for the government people and work with it! You can’t beat the government, they will just raise taxes to generate more income and you will lose out. Until all the issues can be sorted taxes will remain high. If you’re a foreign company and are doing it then exclusive eUK offers may be offered instead (as the BoE is the largest buyer on the eUK MM it matters).
So ladies and gentlemen what should you do about it? Well as I said, work with your government. If they set monetary market benchmarks then please stick with these. If there are products on sale try to stick close to those prices and if you’re unsure then contact the Ministry of Trade. Those that work with the government will be looked after in times of need and will be the first to get good deals. So it works out in favour for you.
*Wellness fast is a long term goal to reduce costs but requires a large initial cost.
This is not an official view but my opinion and some issues I can't say for certain will happen however I have called upon my experience to predict as best I can the government response. I do not represent any country or party – my views are my own. Burn me as much as you like - I do not care. All i care about is ensuring the information is available to everyone.

come back - all is forgiven!
lol, nice article slightly flamey though
I think you are trying (successfully) to corner the doom merchant area of the media, good job sir!
any article with a pic of ol'Tricky Dicky on it gets my vote
Wow, just noticed he's really working that victory pump thing he's got going on there. Nixon for '72!
A comment from Malta here would be useful!
spiffy title and picture, good article. Burnsauce eUK politicians. Burnsauce.
Extremely persuasive views, roadrunner. Thank you.
Vote Asahel Nettleton for Congress!
Overspending is certainly a problem, but not as serious as you portray. We simply had a (predicted) level of capital expenditure at the beginning of the month which has skewed things.
Now that wellness fast initial costs are payed this should reduce NHS expenditure.
yup - last week EoE clinic budget 300GBP, this week 40GBP
This artical is beleievably correct, i agree to the full and the eUK needs to cut back spending so it cut the extortionate 20% tax rate which is imposed in my salary and that of other citizens, the eUK spends its finanaces on useless rubbish, which is seemingly no use to anybody.

Whilst I agree tax cuts should come eventually, this shows a lack of understanding of the current expenditure of the UK government. If you would care to consult the forums, you would see exactly how money is spent and contribute to the debate, rather than just moaning on the sidelines.
Yeah frank stop moaning seriously.
Its true Frank, no one likes a moaner.
i wanna know what the useless rubbish is?
i personally think the MoF is doing a grand job - it's a cocktail of various issues that hurt our economy - such everyday joes not sticking to the benchmarks
Excuse me, but where have you gotten your information from for the wellness fast scheme?
I am an NHS Regional Director, and it costs About £3.90 each Q2 gift, and you must give 5 Q2 gifts per day. So to get up to 100 wellness from 50, it costs £3.90x25 gifts needed=£97.50 per person. Two moving tickets at £11 each cost £22. A saving of £75.50 per person. And you think it isn't working?
its the short term he's talking about(NHS might have had deals with gift companies, well now they need to make deals with moving ticket companies)
The short term I know is that there are no deal with ticket companies that I know of, and we are saving bundles.
The first week I had in this job, I was WAAAY under what the average was in the days of gifting only. They very often got over 500, and it wasn't rare to break the £1000 barrier. Now, to get up to £500 is a very rare occurence. I simply buy whatever item is cheapest.
Shouldn't be longterm, but good article.
I just liked that you used the Nixon picture that I used on the forums for a while.
