Why you are losing money

I just realized that anyone who makes Q1,Q2,Q3, or Q4 weapons is losing an enormous amount of money. anyone who has employees is losing even more money.

if you own a Q1 weapons plant, then you are losing 10.6 USD
if you own a Q2 weapons plant, then you are losing 37.2 USD
if you own a Q3 weapons plant, then you are losing 49.6 USD
if you own a Q4 weapons plant, then you are losing 4.6 USD
if you own a Q5 weapons plant, then you are gaining 20 USD
if you own a Q6 weapons plant, then you are gaining 138 USD
if you own a Q7 weapons plant, then you are gaining 180 USD

however, for the 3 plants that you gain money, Q5, Q6, and Q7, there is a huge upgrade cost of several hundred gold. the payoff times for these are enormous.

if you work by yourself in a Q5,Q6, or Q7 weapons factory, then the payback, respectively, is 40, 12, or 14 years.

however, if they are fully staffed, (including cost of salaries), a Q5 weapons factory will never pay back, but Q6 and Q7 factories will pay back in just over 2 years. (assuming you sign on every day)
for those shouting in the comments about how they continue to make money, that's not the point. the point is that selling the products makes you less money than just selling the raw mats would.
