Why Vote?

Day 520, 09:32 Published in Australia Australia by Bobius

Last Congress/Senate Election only 5% of all eAustralian's voted.
Currently the people voting are people who have been around for quite a while and tend to vote in the same way each month. We need more votes from a wider section of the community to make sure we have more balance in power.

When it comes down to it the people we vote for are our voice on how eAustralia will be run. If you don’t vote your voice is lost and nothing may change. Our newspapers are starting to get more varied articles from different people which is great as we are now getting fresh idea’s and more constructive debate about how eAustralia can move forward. We need to translate this at the voting booth.

We can be a very strong country which in the future can bring problems because as our economy grows and we get more regions back we will be a takeover target for other eNations. It has been seen that people come into a country and take over the government by bringing enough people with them to get the votes for PM. This would be much harder to do if our voting turnout of eAussies was high as they would not be able to get the numbers.

The last point is voting in elections shows that you care. If you vote then we know that you have passion about the way the country is running and you too want to make a difference. The people in government will work harder if they know that they have to deliver and if they do not the public will replace them by using their vote in the next elections.

YOU NEED TO VOTE
• VOTE if you want to see change
• VOTE if you have a passion for eAustralia
• VOTE to be part of the solution not the problem
• VOTE for people who will make a difference
• VOTE, it is your voice and your right, exercise it
• VOTE to make the country stronger
• VOTE to show us you care

Think about what I have said and see you at the next elections.
And remember: VOTE IF YOU ARE AUSTRALIAN

Yours, Bobius
