WHY URUGUAY HAS ONLY 1 REGION?

My personal opinion is that Uruguay has the right to have more regions relative to their rl area and population
Area
- Total 176,215 km2 (90th)
Population
- 2009 estimate 3,494,382 (131st)
- 2002 census 3,399,236
In eRepublik: 1 region
Meanwhile FYROM has 3 eRepublik regions but let's see their rl population and area:
Area
- Total 25,713 km2 (148th)
Population
- 2009 estimate 2,050,671 (142nd)
- 2002 census 2,022,547
My qyestion is: How a country 7 times bigger than another and with nearly double population has 1 region and the smaller country has 3?
In my mind this is an injustice towards Uruguay, or you must give more regions to Uruguay (at least 6), or you must leave Fyrom with 1 region.
With the present situation you have condemned Uruguay to obscurity because is an unplaible country.

@Juan Pablo Barral: Plato sí habla español, al menos Bonte (el creador del juego) lo hace. He hablado con él en español y lo domina bastante bien. Aunque le lame las bolas a Francia.
