Why I will vote Rylde for CP

It's CP election time again, and here's my two cents...
I'm voting Rylde, and here's why:
-He may not always put things "nicely" but he says what he's thinking and he will tell you the truth of it...(like it or not)
-He does what he says he will do, follows through with things and does what he believes in.
-Once his mind is set, you cannot stop him, he succeeds at nearly everything he sets out to do.
-He speaks his mind... there is no hidden agenda, he'll tell you how it is.....(again like it or not)
I consider Rylde a friend, and even then he'll tell me where to go if it needs to be done, not cause he's an ass (and he is an ass) but because a true friend will do that for you. We don't always agree, but that's not a bad thing, it just means we each bring a different view to the table, and the more views there are, the better.
I commend Rylde on entering this election early on and against Sperry, he wanted to offer eCanada a true second option for CP and did so not knowing if he would win, or even make a good showing...... but he believed he could be good for eCanada, and so do I.
Now Nosyt has joined the race, and he is a fantastic guy and a great eCanadian role model..... He's done many great things for the nation and he would make an excellent CP.......
So why not support him??? It's because I'm not thrilled with his timing..... Had he been interested in the job earlier on, why not face off against Sperry too?? Why only enter the race at the 11th hour when it looks like Rylde will be the clear winner??
While I'm sure there are reasonable explanations for this, I see two men..... One went into the fight not knowing the outcome, but was willing to brave defeat for a chance at a win.... the other entered the fight only when he saw that the risk was minimal and that a win based on his popularity over his rival was almost certain.......

Rylde may be an ass, but he's up front and honest about it and doesn't hide who he is or what his intentions are... Things a CP and polititian SHOULD be.....

I like Noyst but if he was serious he wouldnt be playing his challenge game with himself and jeopardizing his chances, seems foolish.

My vote is also for Rylde
If Nosyt was serious about this challenge I would have been interested in him running against Sperry, with the winner receiving the EPIC nomination and a big leg up towards winning the CP race
The debate over policy and vision would have been fantastic and one that hasn't been seen in a long time in these parts
Jumping in last minute without a transparent track record of recent in game activity looks like a cash grab of popularity and another CP stewardship calculated by our EPIC overlords

I can't say I agree with you on alot of things Rolo, but a Nosyt/Sperry debate and runoff in an EPIC primary would have been awesome.....
That would have been legendary indeed a true EPIC split of lol EPIC proportions.

Had to finish your ellipsis sentences for you, Treian. I do agree that Rylde has put on a strong campaign even though he first expected to go up against Sperry. In fact, Rylde may be the best choice of all candidates, yet there is more to it than voting for the actual candiate on the ballot...there's a whole team to consider behind each of them.
I suspect that it may be for reasons like that, some will decide Rylde is the best choice yet also not the best choice.I woulda but not gonna now
Rylde could have changed his cabinet choices once Sperry exited the race and those who were in his cabinet plans found themselves available, but he stuck by those who gave him their word that they would work under him for eCanada..... there is something to be said of that as well.....
Plugson- I appreciate your view, and I can agree with some aspects of it..... but not all. However just having you comment on one of my articles means I'm making an impact!! Thanks!!
Glad you could see some merit to what I was saying. I do like Rylde even though I'm not quite sure what to expect from him at times, though it's bound to be big and exciting. His Cabinet will definitely shake things up and there is a chance the pieces will fall in ways that benefit eCanada.
I guess it all depends on how much of a gambling man each voter is.
I don't think a vote for Rylde is a gamble though. I can understand why you might compare it as such, however if you view it from another side, Rylde as you see him is unpredictable, but I see him as very reliable.
You can count on him to do what he says he'll do, you can count on him giving you the blunt truth of the matter, and you can count on him taking a challenge and giving it 150% just to prove the nay sayers wrong...(even if it's just to rub it in their face later on..) He's a sure bet
I think what plugson is saying is its not rylde we have to worry about its his Cabinet. There are a lot of new names there they haven't been in that kind of position before. So what rydle says may be true but his Cabinet might lead him to a less than beneficial decision.
@Plugson: Rylde's cabinet is controversial, but experienced. Nosyt's cabinet is full of noobs. Choice is easy in my mind, but I've always been a controversy kind of guy

@Kamisha - If Rylde's Cabinet choices are lacking anything it's certainly not experience. Rolo has been CP twice and has been secret advisor to more than a few CPs, I've been CP for 5 days and in Cabinet many, many times, Chochi is an 11-time Congress member and I believe has been MoF more times than I can count, Treian has been CP, in Congress, and in Cabinet multiple times, and Simon has held numerous Cabinet positions.
In fact there's no new names at all.
Vote for Rylde.

Wally, as much as you love rolo you need to realize that he is very corrupt and is an incapable ruler, all he can do is bring down a nation. Canada is an extreme nationalist dictatorship Because of Rylde not rolo, Rylde can have his ways some of his ministers are very poor. A foreign Government would be better at reconstructing Canada.
