Why I love India ?

Day 1,457, 13:22 Published in India India by Patanjali

Did you ?
I’m afraid moust of westerners did not, and have the feeling of superiority, without reason.

However, I discovered the miracle of India from books, so it might not be real. Books are just another virtual reality, we create for ourselves.

I do read orientalist from europe and get … astounished about India, in them wiev.
I discovered so the really important books, like those of Vivekananda or Dasgupta but, much more important, I discovered the spirit of Bihar (vihara), of that knowledge for everyone.

Sincerely, I do belive this was the moust democratic form of society. One in wich everyone could and should aknowledge what is life worth.
Not many could say that today.

I learned about Enlil who, after he’s fight with Marduk left Mesopotamia and flee eastwards, and, presumably, became the famous Yogi, that gave knowledge to humans.
The kind of knowledge that is accesible to everyone but is limited to those who are awaken, able to get it.

So, in the time of the mighty Bihar, the time of knowledge (Ashoka had the chance to live in that era), the time of the UNIVERSYTIES of Bihar, the wonderful continuation of the Takshashila (that is mithycal), people, even the poorers of them, learn about scope in life and have no concern about death, because they could achieve a better status.

In the last few years I discovered a completely different face of India.
I discovered the today India.

A lot of youngsters helped me to do that (just one … sage, my good friend Ash), moustly boys, with dreams, first love and lot of school ahead but some girls and womens too (I thank to them all).

Today India is nothing that an european could imagine. It is completely diferent.
Youngsters from today do not know even from what cast they are if they not ask them parents (and this is not an issue for them, just for them parents).

So, today India is made of “global persons” like anyone of us, connected to the same “anarhic society” like we are, drinking Cola like we do, eating garbage like we do, listening “no music” like we do and, finally, having no dreams about life (in the sense of evolution) like we do.

Still, I noticed some remarcable figures in eIndia, and I’m glad to have the privilege to know them.
Just one wise “youngster” but he quit playing.
Just one “determined” youngster, and this also quit playing (at least for now)
Just one girl pursuing the dream of a better India, also quiting
Just one cobra king ( >o
This is demoralizing (at least for me)

Still, all this full of life mixture, diversity, antagony even, is very refreshing.
India managed to remained a … very special place, for those who look with the eyes of the mind and not just conventionaly.

Dono, but I might love it because I … lived in it.

However, I do love India !
Never seen another place so oriented towards humanity like this one (after all the amputations maded on the indian soul, it is still alive and kiking).

So, that for I tryied to bring knowledge in other eCountry’s, that for I … get involved in eMoldavia, that for …
Yes, love worth it all.
