Why are these countries missing?

The whole Kosovo thing has provoked many discussions around the world
Is it an independent country?
Is it part of serbia?
Do the admins bring RL in erepublik?
And the most important in my personal opinion
WHICH ARE THE CRITERIA FOR A COUNTRY TO JOIN??
In this game i ,and most players i think, would like the answer to be the amount of internet subscriptions and not the prospective of money due to RL hate!!!!!
So if we have 69 countries in erepublik these should have been the 69 countries with the most internet subscriptions per country.
So i looked for it and i have some questions
Why can't i see?
No10 Nigeria with 45,9 M users
No27 Morocco with 15,4 M users
No37 Kenya with 8,5 M users
No46 Kazakhstan with 5,8 M users
No47 Bangladesh with 5,7 M users
No48 Uzbekistan with 5,5 M users
No53 Tanzania with 4,6 M users
No54 Syria with 4,5 M users
No58 Algeria with 4,3 M users
No59 Uganda with 4,1 M users
No60 Dominican Republic with 3,8 M users
No62 Tunisia with 3,8 M users
No66 Azerbaijan with 3,3 M users
They are not here but you call as to welcome a country of 377 thousands internet users...why?
Next time that we will have to welcome an eCountry i hope it will be for the game's benefit and not for some bank accounts

The official answer would be that there are players playing for these countries while not leaving there. For example there are many RL Irish who live in the US but have eIrish CS.

i dont think the admins are seeing enough players actually arguing for there country to be put in the game. they cant just put a country in and then it gets taken over in seconds as its been created. right now at stage we are in, new countries will not have strength and population size strong enough to handle war that will hit them.
unless other countries go out of there way to make sure these new countries are not invaded as they been created.
