Why am I moving to New Jersey or Florida?
First, I would like to thank all of those who have donated to ensure that there were enough moving tickets to get all Americans back into US territory. Your donations are greatly appreciated and are a national service. Thank you.
Now, along with requests for tickets, I have been receiving a lot of questions. I apologize for not responding to them all. It is all I can do just to keep up with the ticket requests themselves. Therefore, I will try to answer them all in this article.
Why should I move to New Jersey or Florida?
Two of our three Q5 hospitals are in New Jersey and Florida. Living in a region with a Q5 hospital allows you to fight five times before healing, maximizing your damage against PEACE. Plus, the more citizens we have in those states, the more expensive it is for PEACE to attack them. Right now, it would cost Portugal over 1200 gold just to attack Florida, not counting the cost of fighting. These are our fortress states and allow us to maximize our fights.
Why did you send me two tickets?
If you are currently living in occupied territory, you will need two moving tickets to return to US territory. You cannot move directly between two nations at war. Therefore, use the first one to move to a neutral nations such as Peru or Australia. Then, use the second one to move to Florida or New Jersey. You will find the change residence option on your profile page.
Why should I not move to Kansas?
While Kansas has a Q5 hospital, it also has a smaller population and has already been attacked by PEACE once. It stands to reason that they will try again. With the possibility of losing Kansas, it is more beneficial to the nation to get all of our citizens to secure states.
Why is it taking so long to get a moving ticket?
I am only one person and struggling to keep up with requests. I should hopefully have ample funds today to get tickets to everyone who requests them. I just ask for a little patience.

If you took a job in an Indonesian owned company, you cannot resign for 72 hours. I suggest spamming your new boss until he fires you. As long as you have that job, you cannot use your moving tickets to get out.
Why the rush in moving everyone out of occupied territory?
The new citizenship module becomes effective tomorrow morning, which means that if you are living in an occupied territory, you will automatically become a citizen of the occupying nation. We will only be able to grant citizenship to a portion of requests, so it is best to move you before citizenship is implemented.
I live in [insert state name here] and love my state. I don't want to move to Florida or New Jersey until my state is lost.
Right now, moving tickets cost about $14.40 each and the price is steadily rising. If you move now, it will cost me the $14.40 to send you a free ticket. However, if you are still in your home state when and if it is lost to PEACE, you will need two tickets, increasing my cost to $28.80. That is more than half a gold because you were too stubborn to move. That angers me to no end. Loyalty to a particular state is foolish and makes you an underperformer unless you move to Florida or New Jersey everyday to fight. GTFO of your state now and get to one of the fortresses!

While I appreciate Chris' remarks and that it does make sense to move to Florida or New Jersey...I actually live in Kansas, am a Kansan in the game, and work for a Kansas company who I really like. I will take my chances that it won't get taken over. If I had no ties to the state and it didn't have a Q5 Hospital, I'd move...but as of now, I'm staying here. It doesn't make sense for me to leave.

Thess aricles are all over the place. Yet I still get people who apply for my company who live in q1 and q2 states and can't keep there wellness over 40. Its not that hard to get a free (to them) moving ticket and MOVE TO NEW JERSEY OR FLORIDA.

I too was loyal to my own state. I cried at seeing my beloved home of California lost to Indonesia, but moving does not make you unpatriotic. We need as many people with as much ability to fight as possible if we have any hope of turning this around. US first, state loyalty later! Keep up the good work Chris.

Like Chris Stanwick, I have been repatriating eCanadians from Occupied Territory for almost 36 hours now.
I have burned thru hundreds of MTs, Gold, and CAD to bring them home.
However - I cannot - nor can Mr. Stanwick - help you if you go to work for the enemy.

I doubt New Jersey or Florida has all the natural resources necessary to keep our nation running. If every state that produces oil is occupied by enemies, wouldn't that impede our progress? Send people to key states. Make it difficult for enemies to attack our vital supply line.
The "loyalty to a particular state is foolish" line kinda ticked me off. I moved back from Austria to Virginia (my RL home state) to defend the eUS, and now I'm being told that I'm a fool for staying here instead of moving to another state? And all for a fifth battle that I can't even afford a weapon for?

@Rocket Org: If your wellness is too low, it seems the game won't let you move. I remember trying to move to Florida at 60 and failing.

I have taken the advice of the wise Mr. Stanwick and made my move to New Jersey. Despite my state of Illinois not being in immediate danger. I believe others should follow suit because as eAmericans we are most definitely stronger together. I greatly appreciate the free moving ticket Mr. Stanwick.
