WHPR [Day 1,023] - The Virtues of Service

Day 1,023, 17:29 Published in USA USA by James S. Brady Press Room

Since the release of eRepublik Rising not too long ago, all of the modules in this game have been revamped, for the better or worse (that's up to your own interpretation). One of the most interesting reforms I have seen was the new military module. Things have changed, and now you can no longer just fight by yourself in this harsh environment because if you do, you are instantly marked with a death note. Joining the United States military or an organized militia would be your best bet, and there's never been a better time to get started.

Obviously, joining an organized military would help you better succeed on the battlefield. If you a part of a well coordinated team, you can easily outsmart your opponents. For example, if you were a participant in a mass attack, it would be a far more effective way to capture and hold hexes rather than if you were running around guns ablazing like an idiot lone wolf. As a result, your efforts wouldn't be done in vain. Winning a war now requires something more than brute strength, it demands teamwork.

Have you ever wanted to get noticed? Have you ever wanted to learn more about this game, especially the military module? Enlisting in the military would help you in both of these spectrum. As you can see, once you are in the military, you are a leader, even if you are low ranked. Once you spend more time within your organized military, you might be promoted and have increased leadership opportunities. The possibilities are endless.

As said previously, joining the military would be a great way for you to become a student of this game. After every battle, after every war, you are gaining experience that will help you further in your future. Ever wondered what to do if you see a Russian on fire? Yeah, you learn to ignore the screams of that Ruskie in the military! Once you become an established soldier, who knows? You may be passing down your knowledge to others.

Lastly, being a soldier in the military brings you something you cannot lost: everlasting friendships. You meet so many friends through you adventures that you are like family. You guys defend each other and grow stronger as a team, and that is a very beautiful thing. Don't believe me? Look at this picture retiring TC Officer Killerballerina made (you will be missed):

Well, that's about all the time we have today. This has been my first article for the WHPR in a long time, and as such, it might be a little rusty. I promise I will improve, since Kentel does such a better job. And don't forget, if you are fighting in an organized military, you are fighting for America's freedom!

Dio is cooler than you!
