Unity Elections Process

1. For the purposes of this vote "6th party" means a non-top 5 party unaffiliated with AFA, and "returning officer" means a mutually agreeable representative chosen by consensus to conduct the count.

2. For the purposes of this vote the party memberships as at close of eRep day of 26th of the month will be used (snapshotted) to ensure those standing under top 5 parties for Congress can participate in their own parties voting by returning to their party prior to the snapshot.

3.All parties (including the top 4 non-AFA) provide a voting preference for their preferred non-AFA declared candidates from those on offer, marking their 1st and 2nd preferences.

4. The "6th party" votes will be combined in an electoral college system with the vote from each party carrying the number of votes matching the total number of members at the time of the snapshot.

5. The endorsements of the top 4 non-AFA parties and the combined "6th party" votes will each form 1/5th of the amalgamated votes.

6. In the event of a tie for the first placed candidate, those parties whose first vote was for an eliminated candidate will have their 2nd preference vote used to determine the tie-break. This includes those in the 6th parties electoral college who voted for eliminated candidates in the event that the 6th parties combined vote was for an eliminated candidate.

7. All votes to be submitted to the returning officer by the close of day on the 1st of the month with the result of the vote being declared on the 2nd.

8. All parties taking part in this process agree to set their endorsement to the chosen candidate before the in-game deadline and will be bound by the final decision, except if blocker candidates are required in which case those blockers will be in 6th parties and will wear avatars directing people to vote for the chosen candidate.

MU Highlight: Easy Company
Deputy Secretary of Media DokJon

Privately funded MU, but not-to-be underestimated, Easy Company stands by America to protect the nation’s interests. The unit has about 300 members from all four divisions, with especially heaviest damage in the second division in USA.

Easy Company was initially created as the Federalist Party MU in December, 2009 for people who wanted to be in a more “easy going” atmosphere than one with strict procedures and rules of hard-core military settings. Then the unit plugged along for awhile as a small group of Feds with about 50 members and “junk” supplies of Q2 weapons and a little bit food.

When the phenomenal leader Gnilraps took over the unit in October 2011 as Commanding Officer, he upgraded the companies and quality of supplies, joined OMS (Office of Militia Support) and started receiving funds from the government. Then the members from other parties started joining and the unit grew bigger. When the USAF and its new branches were created, the OMS funded MU's were offered to become part of the government-operated branch. EZC was the only unit to decline the offer in order to remain in complete control of itself and then left OMS funding soon after.

EZC once had an option to completely split from the Fed party during a rewrite of their charter not too long ago, but they decided that it was a part of their history and to keep their relation with the party. The charter changed a bit from only a Fed can be CO/XO to anyone can be with the Fed PP's approval. Fed PP also has the power to replace the CO or any member, though that rarely happens as the party usually leaves the EZC command to make their own decisions.

“The enduring legacy of EZC is the combination of our independence as well as our rock solid allegiance to eUSA. We continue to choose, on a daily basis, to support our nation by supplying our troops at a high level to fight in NSC priority battles. We have remained controversy-free throughout our history.” -Deepchil, CO of Easy Company

War Map & Analysis
Press Corps Staff Writer Hale26

Firstly, I would like to direct your attention to President Cerb's new article To further solidify the good relations we have with Mother Russia, President Cerb has signed an alliance of sorts with Russia. I recommend you read the article to learn more about the alliance. No doubt this will prove useful to both us, and Russia.

Second, we would like to congratulate Albania on their 100th anniversary. Congrats guys, nice to see some more red on the map. Now, for the sake of this being less of a MoFA report and more of a Warfare article, I will be doing a brief summary of the Greek front as of now..

Greece recently lost a Bulgarian advance into Thrace that has pushed to the Aegean Islands. after Greek forces lost battles in the Bulgarian homeland. It seems that Greece has shifted their strategy concerning Bulgaria from offensive to defensive ever since the Volga win. Bulgaria has lost 2 resource bonuses so far thanks to the Greek war. We can also credit Albania's independence to the opening of this front.

Further down the line, Serbia has battering away at Greece in the Italian homeland, and has pushed towards the Ionian Islands. The good news, however, is that Bosnia has freed one of their territories. This means that 1 more front will be at EDEN's disposal. Trust me, those NEs add up.
FYROM, on the other hand, is currently waiting to launch a counter-attack on the Greeks. FYROM has been denied at least 3 bonuses (or half of their bonus count) because of this war.

Lastly, we will be going further up the "Greek Front" to the Turk-Hungarian war. Since Turkey directly attacked Hungary (a nation we are less-than-fond of, and one that almost made the Greek war a 4 Vs. 1 conflict) we have signed an MPP with them.. Turkey recently defended their Black Sea Coast Region, with no hope in sight for the Huns.

End notes- Yes, America has accidentally captured Baja. As defined in the TW, capturing territories is strictly prohibited. However, America IS a super-power, so it is hard to control all damage.
As stated in the agreement, Baja WILL be given back to Mexico as soon as possible. To fulfill this part of the treaty American soldiers will be asked to fight FOR Mexico in Baja.

Ambassador Recruitment

As you know, foreign affairs are crucial to the success of the eUnited States. We are a powerful nation on our own, but without allies like Brazil, Russia, Argentina, China, etc etc, we would be overrun. These relationships are more crucial to the United States than ever before. So how can you as a citizen of the eUS get involved? There are still several vacancies left in our ambassador program, and you could become that missing link between the eUS and our next ally.

As our Secretary of State, Israel Stevens, says: "Apply to be an ambassador! See the world! Meet hot chicks!"
