Anyway, do you want to be more active? Do you want to help Japan? Do you want to fight more?
Well, I'd like to help you. PM me or comment here if you're interested in joining a militia/commune system. The minimum work skill is level 6 (So pretty much anyone). I believe that I can currently guarantee 5 Q5 weapons and 16 Q5 food to each person every other day, with more supplies for higher skilled people, and more supplies for everyone during important battles.
So yes, this would basically open to anyone. If I can get a decent amount of interest (~15ish I guess), we can have it up and running in a couple of days.
Like I said, anyone can join up. (Unless there's 80 people that want to join, but I doubt that will be an issue somehow.) A cat is fine too.

As long as you're more or less in Japan, I don't think being a Japanese citizen is strictly necessary.
