It's better to buy for novices Fruit or Oil companies. 2 fruit companies gives 140 food materials and costs (2000+1000(land))*2 = 6000 RUB. 1 fishery company gives 125 food materials and costs 10 gold * 675 RUB (todays exchange rate) = 6750 RUB + 1000 RUB(land) = 7750 RUB.
