As you (don't) know, Serbs have TOed Denmark, a small peacefull country in Northern Europe.
The danish Neutrality meant NOTHING to Serbia.
Can't they understand, that some countries like Denmark would like to die of boredom and to stay neutral?
Don't they realise, that this is ruining the whole Phoenix "keep smiling" diplomacy efforts in Europe? What do they think will be the first thing to do for any neutral country from now onwards?

Well, I am sure that he has a good reason for not convicting this yet, but I hope it will come ASAP cause some might start thinking about sth called ''double standards'', which is surely not the case here 🙂


EDIT: Apparently Montaigne is asking citizens to move to Denmark and help the Serb TOers. But shouldn't it be his ''noblesse oblige'' to help neutral countries stay neutral? 🙂
