Greetings My Fellow Americans,

It's survey time. I'm very curious where you all stand in politics in real life. Could you please respond with your political affiliation which could very well include simply writing "independent". I look forward to seeing where you all stand and how that relates to parties and affiliations you've chosen in game.

If by "Americans" you also mean "eAmericans", then I don't mind telling you where I stand.

I consider myself something like a green social democrat. I have always been that and probably always will be.

As for how it has influenced my in-game actions: it hardly has as I have found there is pretty much no difference between left-wing and right-wing parties in this game. In the past, I used to vote for right-wing parties assuming they would lower taxes, and MAYBE they have a little, but it's low af right now so I don't NEED to care about what party wins. These days I just vote for the party I was invited to, but I really couldn't care less about which parties are powerful and which are not as there are no benefits to either in this game. Unlike in real life, you can't have taxes pay for social security, law enforcement, medical insurance, public libraries etc. so the whole political system in this game is just a farce. You can set a party to be e.g. on the left-wing, but you can't actually enact any left-wing policies.
