Where do we Stand?

Dear Israeli, Greek Brothers and Allies,

It must be said, it isn't our most glorious period in time, to put it even bolder, it is a new level measured from bottom down.
Not only don't we live in our own country anymore, we seem more divided as people again.
Divided as people and divided as community, and most important divided towards our allies.

What is our current situation?

Government:

At this moment we have a government that after 3 days made two announcement. One of a cabinet and the other about a Government speaker.
A speaker who cant say anything, because there is completely nothing to say or to announce about our current government in a positive sense.

The only action they did for you, is give up Beersheba in exactly 3 minutes, in which the former government worked their asses of to organize.
Days of planning, complete battle time-tables, fighter and warrior line-up, consorting with Allies, IDF and my unit the Sayeret Matkal. On top of that the gracious help of our Greek brothers from Hoplites (Rhodesknight) and other great units from Greece.

Thousands of gold, literally thousands of gold from our Greek Brothers, from individuals like Rhodesknight and of course from myself.

Sixteen hours of continuous battles, arranging supplies, re-arranging time-shifts; 16 hours!

All that given away in 3 minutes by your current government! Who where not existent in the epic battle of 4th of June. They were sleeping or even worse they were campaigning for votes to get into government!

This government spitted on top of her military, of her concerned citizens and even worse she spat multiple times in the faces of our Greek brothers.

What are your plans government? What is your vision about current Israeli situation, concerning military? IDF? Foreign Affairs? Did you contact Eden already?

But we get what we deserve. You, Israeli, voted for this government!

Community:

As an other old fart pointed out to me, there seems something crawling through the Erep community, and he is right.
The enormous division between young new players, and the dinosaurs, the older players. The older who have the experience and the strength versus the young, who have the dynamics and the will to change. This is not only to be seen in our country/community, but all over Erep.

The only solution to this problem, is to integrate our younger players throughout the community. Not only in certain government positions, but in the army, forums and all corners where people work together.
Military units with a few veterans together with a majority of newer players, would be a good example of integration.

Sayeret Matkal:

The Sayeret Matkal will remain what it is. The unit that pulled through in Israeli's darkest moments. Delivering what she made for; damage to the enemy!
Together and alongside famous and well-known Military Units, she keeps her promise of brotherhood towards her country, towards her friends, and towards her brothers.
The coming period the Sayeret Matkal will be working in close cooperation with other Greek Units operating only under specific orders.

Conclusion:

The only way out of a labyrinth, is apparently try to get an top view, before bumping your head at every corner, only to find out, that its the same road again.
Forget the pain and the grief situations throw upon us, but learn the lesson.
Sometimes a brick wall is not what is seems like, and can be broken down by examination and good planning. Not only military wise, but human wise.

Government, get the show on the road. Make plans. Create a vision. Come up with ideas. Elaborate with older and younger players.
But in gods name, don't just sit around and hoping someone will help you.......again!

ישראלים יקרים,אחים יוונים ובעלי בריתנו.

האמת חייבת להאמר,זאת לא התקופה הכי זוהרת שלנו. כדי לעשות את זה אפילו יותר ברור בשבילכם,לפי דעתי הגענו לתחתית חדשה.
לא רק שאנחנו לא חיים במדינה שלנו יותר,אנחנו רק יותר מפורקים כעם. מפורקים כעם ומפורקים כקהילה ומה שהכי חשוב,מפורקים ביחס לבני הברית שלנו.

מה המצב הנוכחי?

הממשלה: כרגע יש לנו ממשלה שאחרי שלוש ימים הוציאה שתי הצהרות,אחת בקשר לדובר והשנייה בקשר לקבינט. הדובר לא מדבר,כי אין על מה לדבר בכלל או על מה להכריז על הממשלה שלנו באור חיובי. הפעולה היחידה שהם עשו בשבילכם היא להפסיד את באר שבע ב-3 דקות. אותה באר שבע שהממשלה הקודמת קרעה את התחת כדי לארגן,לתכנן אותה במשך ימים, להכין טבלאות קרב ותוכניות ,להעמיד שורות לוחמים, להתייעץ ולהתארגן עם בעלי הברית,צה"ל והיחידה שלי סיירת מטכל. מעל הכל גם הגיעו אחינו היוונים מההופלייט פלנקס (רודוסנייט) ובעזרתם הנדיבה ויחידות יווניות אחרות שחררנו את באר שבע. שש עשרה שעות של קרבות רצופים,ארגון אספקה,ארגון מחדש של המשמרות בקרב: 16 שעות!

כל זה ניתן בשלוש דקות על ידי הממשלה הנוכחית! אותה הממשלה שלא נכחה באותו הקרב האגדי ב4 ביוני. הם ישנו או אפילו יותר גרוע,עסקו בפוליטיקה כדי לדוג עוד קולות ולהכנס לממשלה!

הממשלה הנוכחית ירקה לצבא שלה בפנים, בפנים של אזרחיה המודאגים ואפילו גרוע מזה ירקה עשרות פעמים בפנים של אחינו היוונים.

מה התוכניות שלכם? מה החזון שלכם בנוגע למצב הישראלי הנוכחי, בקשר לצבא? צה"ל? יחסי חוץ? האם כבר יצרתם קשר עם עדן?
אבל אנחנו מקבלים מה שמגיע לנו. אתם,ישראלים,הצבעתם לממשלה הזאת!

קהילה: כמו שפלוץ עתיק אחר אמר לי, יש משהו שמשתנה בקהילה באירפבליק והוא צודק לחלוטין. הנתק הענקי בין שחקנים חדשים והדינוזאורים, השחקנים המבוגרים יותר. הותיקים ,אלה שיש להם את הניסיון והכוח מול החדשים אלה שיש להם את הדינמיקה והרצון לשנות. זה נראה לא רק במדינה/קהילה שלנו אלא בכל רחבי אירפבליק. הפתרון לבעיה הוא לשלב את השחקנים הצעירים שלנו עם הקהילה. לא רק בעמדות ממשלתיות קבועות,אלא גם בצבא,בפורומים ובכל פינה בה אנשים עובדים ביחד.

יחידות צבאיות אם כמה שועלים ותיקים ורוב של שחקנים חדשים יכול הלהוות דוגמא טובה לשילוב ראוי.

סיירת מטכל: הסיירת תשאר כמו שהייתה תמיד. אותה היחידה שמשכה את ישראל ברגעיה החשוכים ביותר ומספקת באופן קבוע את הסחורה שלשמה נוצרה,נזק לאויב!
ביחד ולצד יחידות צבאיות אחרות המוכרות בעולם היא תמשיך לקיים את הבטחת האחווה למדינה שלה,החברים שלה ואחיה. התקופה הקרובה של סיירת מטכל תהיה מלאה בשיתוף פעולה קרוב ביותר עם היחידות היווניות תחת פקודות מאוד ספציפיות.

סיכום: הדרך היחידה לצאת מהמבוך היא כנראה לטפס למעלה ולהשיג מבט נוח לפני שננסה את כל הפניות ונבין שאנחנו הולכים באותה הדרך. תשכחו את הכאב והצער בסיטואציה הנוכחית, יותר חשוב מזה תלמדו את השיעור והלקח. לפעמים קיר בטון הוא לא מה שהוא נראה, לפעמים אפשר לשבור אותו בעזרת התבוננות ותכנון טוב. לא רק באספק הצבאי, גם באספקט האנושי. הממשלה, תתחילו להזיז עניינים. תיצרו תוכניות, תיצרו חזון, תמציאו רעיונות ותשתפו פעולה עם שחקנים ותיקים וחדשים.

אבל אלוהי ישמור, רק אל תשבו בשקט ותחכו עוד פעם שמישהו יעזור לכם..שוב!
