Where are we going...

Day 351, 03:35 Published in South Africa Croatia by Sumski

Due to all the changes that occurred in eRepublik this opens space for the analysis of current and future markets.

Currently one of the biggest problems in the economy eRepublikis the shortage of labor, as in the JAR and in most other states. For this reason, the existing company must give high salaries to new citizens, while simultaneously struggling to hold already employed workers with higher skill.

This is easily visible with examples of salary varation in the Construction and Land sector, while Construction holds approximately equal min. wage, which has been approved by Congress, Land industry wage increases for 1 skill workers.
We don"t need to be particularly clever to find that someone with the skill 1 in the Land company earns more than a skill with 2 or 3 in Construction company.

If this situation persists current / future owners of companies with lower wages will face the problem of shortage of workers, which is further conditioned the lack of entry people in eRepublic world.

Along with this all, raw materijals never been cheaper and priceses are continuing to fall headlong. Consequently, of course, that owners of raw companies are not able to increase wages ....

Wherefor will lead this differences in wages? How painlessly equalize value of work in all sectors?
I am not omniscient, but these issues opens place for discussion, and possibility for finding solutions.
