The Civilian MU (http://www.erepublik.com/en/main/group-show/97) is your best choice for an MU with low obligations, as well as a modest daily supplies request. Since it's run by the CP, it's also your best bet for the most up-to-date orders.
Plus, as a member of an MU, you can receive the bonus of 1 Bazooka and 1 Energy Bar per day at 25 kills in that day's order.

WHERE ARE THE DEFENCE ORDERS ?
the DoD newspaper is supposed to be made every day but the last one was 6 days ago. It sorta fell off the priority when they took away the top 5 in the media. It should be pushed once again to a daily paper and have people vote it up into the top 5 once again.
