What Liberals Stand For:
Liberals believe that we are not alone, but part of a big society; that whatever each of us does affects the rest of us; that we are all in the same boat. We are part of a community.
Because liberals believe that "We are all in it together," they favor:
MINIMUM WAGE - Helping poor workers will benefit other workers and improve our economy.
UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE - Improving the health of each of us improves the health of all of us and of the economy of the country.
ENVIRONMENTAL ENHANCEMENT - Cleaning up our environment will improve the
health and economic opportunities of each of us.
Conservatives who believe in complete self-reliance will find fault with this liberal statement. Independents, however, may want to consider the value of our liberal belief that:
"We are all in it together."
If you are a Democrat, you should trumpet this phrase.

So you're left-liberals and not actual liberals? I thought the leftists had usurped the liberal label only in America..
Minimum Wage : I assume you want to raise the minimum wage? I don't have citizenship but I would never vote for anyone who doesn't understand basic economics/eRep economics. Raising the minimum wage WILL NOT improve the economy ffs
Universal Health Care : Hospitals in every region? I'm not sure about this one, but intuitively, I'd venture that the cost of putting a Q5 in every region would far outweigh the benefits of full hospitalization, considering our relatively low population
Environmental Enhancement : You do realize this is not real life right?
Anyway, good luck in the elections, though I'll be rooting for the Gold Party 🙂
While I am a liberal in RL, the game's modeling doesn't allow for all political concepts to translate smoothly. For example, in other eNations nationalized economies come into conflict with the game's corporate model... and infinite imbalance of supply and demand worsened by gold inflation... and no government can plan when the game's immigration model is so unrealistic...
That said, I agree with your description of liberalism, and will be excited to see how this plays out... and long as you put nation before partisanship!
What I mean with ENVIRONMENTAL ENHANCEMENT is to take out the fake and bring in the new if you know what i mean.(To get people ban for multis and to get new players in the game and make them a part of the LPSA)

Spawn, how does your platform vary from anything SAL for instance would place forward?
We support a reasonable min wage. That is a min wage that can buy 1 days food with 1 days work.
Some in our party have said a Q5 in every region would be nice. However, with 38 people in one region I am not sure thats worth it. Instead we support, and I have participated in programs I have run myself, to move people to the Q5 regions by giving them Moving Tickets. In addition to using money from things such as congress medals to pay for gifting. Which also helps the economy.
Not sure what you mean with the environment. But, based on your platform I would say your just as liberal as the most right wing members of SAL!

Pretty basic platform. I'm a liberal but I do not associate myself with your party, so using a broad ideology as your standpoint can be a little diluted.

What does that mean? That Republicans don't believe we are all in it togeter?
And what does democracy have to do with Libertarianism? Even Republics can be democratic. I think you misunderstand what Democracy is. Demos-Kratis. By the people, for the people. Government representatives.

Don’t compare this to the active ruling party. This is only an outlook on what a liberal is and for what they stand.
