As you know, there is no accounting for taste. Everybody likes some dishes. Here you can introduce what food you like the best, the first is mine:

Tahchin (Also spelled as: Tah Chin, Tah-Chin) (Persian: ته چین‎) is an Iranian Rice cake that includes rice, yogurt, saffron, egg, and chicken fillets. It is also possible to use vegetables, fish, or meat instead of the chicken fillets. Tah-Chin is composed of two different parts. The thin Tahdig part which includes the chicken fillets, saffron and other ingredients in the bottom of the cooking pot and second part is the white rice. In restaurants, Tah-Chin is mostly being prepared and served without white rice part.

In the following picture there are berberis and pistachio on it.

Dear hans erik's favorite food - Raspeball:

Raspeball, also known in some areas as klubb, kumle, komle, kompe or potetball is a potato dumpling, a traditional Norwegian or German dish. It consists of grated potatoes, where typically half is pre-cooked and half is raw, salt and varying kinds of flour (though often, barley is used). There are a great variety of regional variations to the dish, and in many areas the raspeball is filled with bits of salted lamb or pork.

The dish is more common in the southern (Sørlandet, where "kompe" is the most common name), western (Vestlandet, where "raspeball", "komle" and "potetball" is the most used) and middle (Trøndelag, where it is nearly always called "klubb") parts of Norway than elsewhere. In Vestlandet, this dish is traditionally consumed on Thursdays, when it often makes an appearance as "Dish of the day" at cafes and restaurants specializing in local cuisine.

Dear DEATH KNIGHT4's favorite food - polo kebab:

Chelow kabab or Chelo kabab (Persian: چلوکباب‎) is the national dish of Iran. The meal is simple, consisting of steamed, saffroned basmati or Persian rice (چلو chelow) and kabab, of which there are several distinct Persian varieties. This dish is served throughout Iran today, but was traditionally associated with the northern part of the country.

Chelow kabab is served with the basic Iranian meal accompaniments, in addition to grilled tomatoes on the side of the rice, and butter on top of the rice. Somagh (powdered sumac) can be sprinkled on the rice. It is an old north-western tradition (probably originating in Tabriz) that a raw egg yolk be placed on top of the rice, though this is optional and no longer common. In fact, unless specifically requested, most restaurants will not serve the rice this way due to safety concerns surrounding the consumption of raw eggs.

Dear Ashekboos's favorite food - Dolma:

Dolma is a family of stuffed vegetable dishes common in the Middle East and surrounding regions including the Balkans, the Caucasus, Russia, Central Asia. Common vegetables to stuff include tomato, pepper, onion, zucchini, eggplant, and garlic. The stuffing may or may not include meat. Meat dolmas are generally served warm, often with egg-lemon or garlic yogurt sauce; meatless ones are generally served cold. Stuffed vegetables are also common in Italian cuisine, where they are named ripieni ("stuffed").[1]

Dishes of grape or cabbage leaves wrapped around a filling are also called dolma or yaprak dolma ('leaf dolma') in many cuisines, or may be distinguished as sarma.

Dear DangleMK's favorite food - Pastramalija(Samun):

"Pastramalija" also in my city called "Samun" is my best season eat.
Pastrmalija is a Macedonian bread pie made from dough and meat(chicken, pig and lamb). It is very simple. You need sliced meat on small parts(salted), and dough in that form like on the picture(ONLY IN THAT FORM) thats it. After that it is recommended to bake it in oven, but not that kind of oven, it is oven on wood like on this picture:

Don't use wikipedia becouse there is lack of informations about that food.

Dear ivan sk's favorite food - Traditional Italian capricciosa:

Dear Joshua Morriseau's favorite food - Bison Bannock Burger:

As a First Nations its probably why I love it so much. Its two Aboriginal Canadian favorites combined. Bison (the patty) and bannock (the bread.) Its a lot more of a dryer bread and an acquired taste for those who weren't raised eating it. Bison is a really rich meant, better than beef in every way. A lot less calories, way less fat and more protein and all around tastes way better! Most people top it with traditional burger toppings but if you want to stay traditional many top it with corn or pickled squash and other vegetables and usually serve it with something like sweet potato fries.
top it with normal burger toppings*

Dear ManuR's favorite food :

Peppers stuffed with rice, soy and vegetables with ”sărmăluțe în foi de viță” stuffed vine leaves.

and for dessert:

a Roll cake with the cream of caramel and chocolate and a black cofee of course
