What is Libertad?

Libertad is the Spanish word for freedom.



Libertad is an album by Velvet Revolver



Mix them together and what you get is a military unit in eRepublik.



Why should you care?

Libertad is an international unit, we have units in Greece, Ireland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and most recently the USA.

We fight in defence and liberation of oppressed countries, not in aggressive wars of imperialist expansion based on real life prejudices. We are an organised group with a common ethos and goal.

We aren't some bunch of idealistic idiots either. We are a serious and well organised unit, which ranks in the top 30 worldwide in terms of influence made.

We have a membership which is active on IRC, in our forum, and on our internet radio station. We have a community really, one that welcomes all who share our aims.
