What did the Congress Sept-Oct realize?

The first 7 days, all the proposals were rejected. These are Tax changes, new minimum wages, new citizen fees, a trading embargo, a donation and even an president impeachment.

But then finally a first realization, the congress donated some AUD to NBB-BNB. (proposed by Helviro)

But then, our first alliance, Russia. A bad choice if we see now that russia don't excist anymore. But eBelgian has fought for several days.

One day later, the admin posted to every country an alliance for our new countries. (All accepted)

Then several donations, but a new alliance proposal is proposed ! An alliance with Serbia! After a little communication error, this is accepted and eBelgian can fight further.

A Tax Change of Oil is to accepted (proposed by Biblost after a mistake. He changed first the Income Taxes by the Import taxes).
