What can govt do with the 1% tax?

I'd like to place few points before the Citizens :
Insist your govt. to increase all the taxes (except work tax). Without taxes, riches in India will keep on getting richer but the poor will remain poor. With riches paying more money as taxes, govt. can do some welfare activity for the newbies and Division 1 citizens. This is my suggestion to improve the current state of Indian Economy.
And to the govt :
We need to explore how are some countries capable of surviving without dictatorship rule (Examples : Uruguay, Cyprus, Finland, Cuba, Austria, Sweden, Bolivia etc.) thereby reducing our huge expense. If we are starting this bullshit dictatorship war, we should do it during the middle of some tournament after closing all the Military Units so we can all get a lot of BH gold.

Firstly, could you elaborate a bit on how current tax structure benefit the 'rich' more than others?
Secondly, the Govt already has schemes for newbies, don't they? You happen to be in Govt, if I'm not mistaken. You're still dMoD aren't you?
Third, what's the huge expense that we've supposedly incurred for the dictatorship? Last I checked we haven't had a dictatorship war in months & even if we do have one (which we already plan to hold during a tournament), it will still be sponsored by me most likely. Govt doesn't have 400k cc to begin with. Heh

Taxes are shared among those who own our regions including us also. So more taxes won't lead to a significant increase in absolute terms.
It's probably better to gain revenue through rentals than increased taxes.
P.S Taxes have been at a minimum since the times we haven't been able to control majority of our regions.
I agree.. But to get regions and MPP, govt needs money and we need to increase the taxes to say 5%. The riches in India will pay more taxes (because they buy more) compared to the newbies.
The rich will buy from some other country or black market
Our average tax for past 5 days is about 100cc. If we increased the tax to say 5%, it'd means 15k cc in treasury per month.
Prices are already very high in our market and increasing taxes may even push them further but overall I think, it'd be beneficial for economy when we have some regions under our belt. Hold it till Serbian problem is sorted out imo.

High tax works well with high number of bonus regions. (we have none)
Someone will say,tax is shared with occupier,but overall,its beneficial for us,making 50k cc month,we can do wonders.
Someone will say,tax will make prices high,no one cares. On tournaments,its they,not us,selling weps at double the price,why not tax them down. We can charge them 0% or 99% but its they,not us making money.
Someone will say,dictatorship war are personally funded,but there are many fakes MU which shall remain open at such times and thus looting the gains from it. At times like 32x bonus Battle Hero,we have to find a way to exploit dictatorship wars for Indians only. Calculate !!! 4 divisions,4 BH each round,13 battles. How much is that !!

I think increasing tax will benefit the occupiers and kill the Indian market. I don't see how India will get rich or even slightly better.
Any plans on how to spend the money we will get by increasing taxes?
Looks like we are not increasing the taxes 😃 Most are not convinced because of the disadvantages of increasing taxes.
For every rupee gained from increasing tax we would get 20-30 paise... Not sure, someone can give exact amount. So rest we gift to serbs. Further every increase in price would reduce sales. So a 5 %increase may give us only a 3-4% gain... So instead of earning 100 cc we will earn 104 cc

so no point.....at current taxes we are getting rent.....or was....i am hapy with it
