Were The French Resistance Terrorists

We've heard many eIndonesian puppets in eAustralia's government claim that those who fight for eAustralian independence are terrorists & some eGovernmental members had even called for a campaign to have bans against Australians who fought of the freeing of eWestern Australia.
Let me ask you, what government (IRL or here) would actively target it's own people just to appease a foreign government.

This is exactly the same situation as with the French Resistance vs the puppet French Government in WW2.
During WW2, the Nazis allowed the French government to keep part of France. In return under the terms of agreement, the French government would submit to Nazi authority. One of the terms was that the French government would act against the French population in matters involving Germany.
The French Resistance were called terrorists & betrayers of France who were threatening the survival of France. The puppet French government had many French citizens killed for wanting to free France from Nazi control.

Let me ask you, who were the terrorists? Was it the French Resistance who fought for French freedom from Nazi control or was it the puppet French government who attacked their own citizens claiming that their citizens were threatening French freedom.

Are you refering to the former senator , Sadam Husain ? Even though he resigned his post in the senate to fight against the Indies , he was still banned from the senate forums . Our reasoning for this was that he was an Austrailan senator , and his actions were in direct violation of the Aussie-Indie treaty , which was binding on ALL members of the government both countrys . For your example AW , what if the nazi's had captured a resistance fight who happened to be a member of the free-french government . This is excatly the position senator Husain put us in .

In RL France there existed the possiblity of carrying out guerilla tactics, which do not exist in this game. Furthermore, the French at least had some prospect for success by being rescued by the British and Americans. Who is going to help us fight against eIndonesia? eRomania? Unlike you, I'm not willing to let eRomania take over eAsia just to free eAustralia.
