Wellness/Health Insurance Plan

Citizens of eGreece, to begin with I thank you for giving me the honour of being in congress. I would also like to congratulate my fellow congressmen and I hope we can work together well to make Greece a better place.
Since I've moved to Greece I've noticed that a lot of people's wellnesses (mine included) are pretty low. I'm assuming that this is because we all gave as much wellness as we could in the battle against the Turks.
To deal with this I have a plan that is hopefully not only good for the citizens of eGreece but also for the government. I propose that for a certain fee (undefined at the moment) that would be paid to the Greek Government, the government can give the citizens who have signed up for it a wellness pack (in other words, a gift) using the mmoney paid, for example once a week. This would hopefully not only raise the wellness and thus productivity of workers which will stimulate the economy and it will also bring more revenue to the Government!

well that's an intresting proposition but i thing that it would be the same if we just found a gift partner and exchange gifts with each other
voted , a great idea! maybe we could do both! (gift partner + gifts given by the state for donations)
Voted even though this would require money which I don't have which is why my wellness is so low in the first place.
Good idea, but this is why we have a forum, so we can discuss things like this. We don't want enemy of the state knowing of our plans do we?
Don't act like we live in Cold War... if they wanted to learn they could monitor the gift market and its sales .. or the welness of each individual ...
