Wellness Guide

Day 825, 02:03 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Max Blue
So, are you below 95 wellness? Well, if so this article can help you.

There are two ways to help get your wellness up for free. Yes for free!

Below 40 health

Most countries have systems for helping out new players so whatever your citizenship discuss the options with one of your congress members. If you are in a country that you don't have citizenship with, try talking to experienced players in either your host nation or the nation you hold citizenship with.

If you are below 40 health and a eUK citizen then send a message to the British Gifting Hub to get free health from the eUK government: send a message here. (Check out the general advice at the bottom too.)

Below 90 health

If you are below 90 health then go to one of the many battles that are ongoing, and fight. Each time you fight you will lose 10 health. This means if you are on 60 health, and you fight ONCE you will be on 50 health. After you have done this go back to the 'battlefield' page, there you will see a 'hospital' icon, click on this. You will get healed up by 50 health. However, be sure NOT to fight again that day as you will not be able to use the hospital and therefore you will lose your high health again.

You can check to see what Q (quality) of hospital your region has from your 'profile' page by clicking on the name of your region. Each time you fight you will lose 10 health, you have to fight at least once in a day to be able to use the hospital (if your region has one).

A Q5 hospital means you will receive 50 health on healing.
A Q4 hospital means you will receive 40 health on healing.
A Q3 hospital means you will receive 30 health on healing.
A Q2 hospital means you will receive 20 health on healing.
A Q1 hospital means you will receive 10 health on healing.

No hospital means you cannot heal. You should seek to move regions in this case. (Contact a local/national congress member if you need help with moving.)

If you live in an area with a Q lower than 5 use the information above and fight accordingly. This next piece assumes you are in a region with a Q5 hospital.

between 40 & 59 health fight ONCE then heal - then don't fight again that day.
between 60 & 69 health fight TWICE then heal - then don't fight again that day.
between 70 & 79 health fight THREE TIMES then heal - then don't fight again that day.
between 80 & 90 health fight FOUR TIMES then heal - and yes, you got it, don't fight again.

(Check out the general advice at the bottom too.)

Above 90 health

Remember the Q of your job affect the wellness you lose each day when you work. So, a Q3 job will lose you 3 health and a Q1 job would lose you 1 health. Training is always minus 1 health, but don't try to skip training to keep your health up.

- Buy reasonable quality food off the market. (You will need to buy food daily.)
- Swap gifts with an ingame friend (or contact). Gifts can be bought off the market too.

General health advice

Use food and houses to health maintain good wellness, or to improve bad wellness. Houses cost a lot, but are a good long term investment. Having a Q1 house means you can buy a lower Q food and still get the same amount of wellness at the start of the day.

Also check out the wellness calculator. You can toggle the options on the calculator to match your situation, you can also use the wiki to pick up knowledge on this. I know I have said this earlier but it is surprising the amount of people that don't know it: The Q of the company you work for is the amount of health you will lose working there. Training also loses you one wellness - but continue to train it is important particularly later on in eLife.
