Well, time to start working.....(A response to the PEACE GCs)

This is the article dreamed up by the new PEACE GCs. I hate to give it more press, but it needs to be linked so you all can see what I'm angry about.

I just figured I check in on the papers before I check out for the rest of the night to enjoy some more celebratory drinks when I happened upon the above article, and I feel it is my duty to point out the various reasons why this article fails upon so many levels.
"PEACE is happy that we achieved amazing victory, showing eUSA, eCanada and eSpain that every action have a consequence."
Now first of all, I asked a question near the beginning of the war, that I don't think ever got answered. What exactly did Canada do to deserve getting attacked in the first place? I mean from the start of my time here, the only things Canada did were participate in the wars Ireland started with the USA, and occasionally attack France, and if I recall correctly, we were working on a peace treaty with them at the time before they blindsided my home. I never got a complete answer. For the USA and Spain, they said it was for supporting the Romanians in their war which, again, apparently happened well before my time on here. Coming from my point of view, that makes about as much sense as Honduras attacking Bahrain for offering support to El Salvador in the Football War back in 1969.
Like this, only with bombs inside the ball.
But again, Canada, nothing! I finally got a semi-response in France while we were being occupied, and I believe it went along the lines of "We had to attack Canada, because they were near the USA." Um, that is not in line with your guys statement above! That just sounds like the same old imperialist attitude we've been getting from Hun....I mean PEACE.

I'm sorry, but that's wishful thinking while Alaska, Washington, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Nunavut still have their official languages set as Magyar. Canada has stated this before, we will not accept anything less then the full return of all our original provinces, and I'm sure the USA feels the same. Until then, PEACE has it's own personal Vietnam on its hands. Our terms our very simple. We just want our actual land back. Why Hungary sees fit to pour everything into keeping it, speaks volumes about how they view this situation. I don't see this war closed anytime soon.
"We want to point that Eden/Fortis aren't PEACE enemies, we don't hate anyone, but we will act, as a whole to defend all of our allies."
Well, I can cry foul on two parts of that statement. First,both Hungary and Russia were both motivated by their hatred of the USA weren't they? In fact Russia first denied a peace treaty that the USA proposed, and then when forced to go it alone, bold-facedly said, they were willing to spend thousands of real life dollars, just to see the USA wiped off the map.
I believe Parter almost ended up living in that garbage can there.
Second, once you guys actually managed to take over most of our territories, it sure didn't seem like anyone was defending anyone else. Everyone was worried about their own territories. Heck it seemed like most of the times when were we fighting back, it would be a Turk that would show up as the hero, so I guess I gotta give Turkey some credit there.
But still, the head honchos at PEACE watched as one by one, their fellow members lost their ill-gotten territory faster than a OC socialite loses the tangerine she had for her daily meal. The United Kingdom, France, Indonesia, Iran, Colombia, Russia, France AGAIN, they all watched helpless as EDEN forces came together and pushed them back, and they looked to their top allies, hungry for some help, but Hungary provided nothing of the sort, instead using their allies to try and get the upper hand and actually putting their territories at risk. And now they have lost all they have gained. Hungary stands alone.
Yep that's Hungary; alone in the middle of the North American plains, surrounded by the other indigenous nations, blue.

Right, right. That's why Serbia recently got caught trying to PTO both Denmark and Bosnia, Hungary tried to PTO Moldavia, and why Iran has initiated an attack against North Korea, which currently has 340 people and no discernible resources. Yep, I believe this sign states their position best.
That's right, you can make yourself float just by thinking up stuff like in the PEACE article!

I am afraid I do not remember the exact battle or generals but I do remember both Roman generals were put in command of their army and both had different personalities, one acted defensively and the other wanted to risk an engagement and attack Hannibal. Each took command on alternating days and one cohesive strategy was not carried out in their campaign which led to their defeat on the battlefield.

I am not in the oldiest players also but i saw Canadian troops on the Asian battlefields, the oldies talked something about French Toast also. So not a totally fair basement of this war but it can be acceptable.
The reason of my fights on your side is readable in my paper also. Canada and mostly US deserved these movements from the view of European/Asian oppressed nations. But they could not stop, they could not be show their generosity. PGC would stayed a great alliance by giving back the territories. The lessons would be perfect on thath way.
Instead of this their leaders could not recognize and/or keep their basic rules, they could not follow their own ethics.
(And I am very surprised the ectiziens of these nations can not recognize this failure...)
Hungarians (my RL fellows) wants to keep their coountry as a great powerful nation who can conquer any part of the world, keep all high regions. And they dont want to spend time with the ralationships, they dont care the feelings of other nations.
And some propagandist and military leaders can agitate them succesfully: HEy they are our enemies, they are not humans, they would kill us if they could and so on.
So communication is very simple also in the countries and between the countries.
In the near future Hungary will build def systems. Can you imagine how amny golds will be necessary to destroy these?
You will need your voice also to destroy the walls. With weapons and golds reaching of your freedom will be hard. Harder than regions Hungary against Romania. You should change your and their minds first. So send flowers to the Peace 😉 😃

You're thinking of the Battle of Cannae in 216 BC. The Roman commanders were L. Aemilius Paullus and C. Terentius Varro. Paullus was a cautious commander that may have defeated Hannibal, but Varro insisted on charging the enemy when it was his turn to command, and he did so right into Hannibal's well prepared lines.
I can only hope we'll be so lucky as to have PEACE be as incompetent.
ya i wrote a ranting article like this back when the war first started crying foul on the injustices against eCanada. We never did anything significant warranting total takeover.
