Oh, Evry is the best PotUS ever... He's very fair, and is not childish at all. He didn't start a war with Canada because of a childish brawl with Rylde. And he most certainly doesn't backstab. Of course not! He would never propose a peace treaty and then invade one of our regions! Never!
What a load of bollocks. Obviously, I was being sarcastic. That's what Evry did. Over the past few days, Evry proposed peace, eUS accepted it. But Canada did not. So, what did he do? Despite promising that he would try and make peace, he invaded Ontario. Oh, what a hypocrite. I'm sorry, but how is that 'trying to make peace'? Ah, the scent of sweet, American hypocrisy.
I bet he'll just play the 'Blame Canada' card soon. Blame it on Canada. 'We proposed a peace treaty but they didn't accept! So I invaded them instead of negotiating with them!' So, instead of negotiating, he invades. Ha! Wait for our spirit! The spirit of the True North will get ya!

Evry made 2 peace proposals and that was the full extent of his abilities to bring about peace, as per game mechanics.The one in the US passed in Congress.The one in eCanada failed.
eCanada's Congress blocked the peace deal. Evry complied.Once eCanada rejected the peace proposal, was Evry still obligated not to press the attack button? Wouldn't it be fair to assume that he thought eCan did not want peace at all so war was back on?
I said that because Evry was posting a lot of articles about 'making peace'. 😉 I know it's the full extent of the game, but he could have started to negotiate with words, not a game proposal.
Only a handful of congress members voted, and the ones that voted no were bribed by Dan Wang. And, to me, it seems eCanada wants just as much as eUSA. Although I'm not so sure about eUSA's congress members and the PotUS.
