Welcoming Keegan Knoll and SoulSalvage to the Philippines

It's been a long time since I first met Keegan and Soul in the Sol chat, one as an eIsrael Presidential Candidate and the other as an eAustralian Senator. Both were getting a bit restless in their home countries, and I was glad to suggest the ePhilippines as a place for them to consider moving to, and, lo and behold, they have finally decided to plant roots in our lovely island paradise [when it's not getting hit with typhoons 🙁]

Both have (obviously) been involved in the political structure of the eWorld, and I am very happy to see that they have accepted positions in the cabinet [Director of Foreign Affairs for Keegan and Director of Home Affairs for Soul]. The Philippines will be stronger with two good pillars!
