income tax only applies for salaries. if ur in an MU you will get paid minimum wage. you will get food and wep donated to you and in this way you get around income tax.
Agreed. Keep people happy, give them a chance to build their own companies and they will play more and fight more. Hell, they might even invest RL$ when they feel it benefits them. If you shut down private enterprise people will feel suffocated by the state and will play and fight less. The whole country will suffer.

But even if there were no way to avoid the tax, it would be optimal.

The less we spend, the less damage we do, the more battles we and our allies lose. The focus of this game is war and fighting, we've been fighting continuously for ourselves and our allies, the world is in constant conflict.
If we spend less, you will have no natural resources to speak of. Which will mean less production and losing MUCH more than the taxes you pay.

I cant say Ive ever been a fan of SHM, but his past few articles have been brilliant. I also love the fact that the people arguing with him dont seem to be on the same page, often listing contadictory reasons for the tax hike.
