Here is the deal, let me sum it up.

I can quit MEK. I will still be friends with who I am friends with. I will still be who I am. I will still do what interests me. I will still have an opinion.

You are free to be a part of whatever group you choose. You can be my friend or not. You can be yourself. You can do as you like. You make up your own mind.

We can play together if you like. I was looking forward to meeting new people and learning about how things work here so I can help out. If this is a problem please say so now. I can be in Iran or Canada in short order. Before some negative Nelly pipes up, this is not a threat, I do not threaten. I usually explain my thinking and let others respond before I act.

The problem with these for me is that they have to question every MEK entering the country, regardless of achievement the person has done for his country and his people. They lack the WILL to unite as a country. And you are correct that you are still who you are, and nothing will change that NOT a military unit.

The only change a person can have is negative stance towards those who oppose an unit and not an achievement.

I don't wish to take sides. MEK has proven to me in the past that they are good people. (Guagature is still up for debate.) I assume everyone to be "good" unless they prove themselves to be otherwise. I have been wrong a few times but nowhere as often as I am right. 99% of people of erep are trustworthy or at the very least not malevolent.

My friends list has all sorts. Any are welcome to send a friend request. The only ones ever kicked of were troublemakers and those are few.

Marcus, from my understanding some of questions raised about CS issues was because people bypassed the rules laid down by the elected government. Not because of political or military affiliation.
If this is so, I believe they have a right to question it.

By stating Australia should let people in based on the ' achievements done for his country and his people' that means we should let anyone in with a chest full of medals, that includes hitman (who attempted to AS Australia) and others who divide peoples opinion like Ruthless, Colin, Ryde etc etc. They all have achieved a lot for their different countries, but might be considered differently by different groups in eAustralia.

It's been my experience that butthurt on both sides will cause those involved to cry to outsiders for justification of their contempt. Butthurt has no place in civilized disagreement.

From what I have seen only one group has being crying to outsider's.

Also I am still yet to see the actual cause of this so called disagreement/butthurt. I am just loving the 'lets play victim' public articles and congress PMs of let's abuse/accuse others. If anyone holds a public office or government role, they should try and be honest to the public.

I think any country as a whole would be suspicious, cautious and wary of a large influx of folks wanting to migrate. eAustralia has ALWAYS had strict policy concerning cs passes. I don't know exactly what your problem is but you should just get over it and move on.

You have already confused me, because at one stage you say your article is based on CS policy that is bad towards MEK based fighters, then you say it is because someone insulted you, then it is about everyone who belongs to one party and also about spewing hatefilled comments, yet I cant even see one single hate filled comment except the ones you are writing (not hate filled, but closest any comments have come to being hate-filled)

My comments here have grown as you keep bringing different things up. I sorta feel like we are slowly getting to the route of your anger. Marcus, you're not helping the problem.

I will provide some context for people.

Immediately after congress elections I started a group PM with the top 5 party presidents. The intent was to receive their nominations for the CS screening committee. We got there in the end, but not without some drama along the way.

The RSU representative (Theolor) objected to the person nominated for the ADP (Guagature, by Marcus Sergius). No reasons were given beyond the personal (fundamentally Theolor doesn't think Guag is a fit person to sit on the committee).

Marcus Sergius objected to being told what to do and how to do it, and to accusations about his friends/MU/party. Fairly harsh language was used. Counter insults were thrown.

If you've ever been in the senate threads you know how it went from there. J Seemore tried to play the role of peacemaker.

For two people who are supposed to represent large political parties (for eAus), the behaviour was disgraceful. Like I have said in the senate threads. If you lot (meaning all the warring groups) put as much energy and vigour into building this country as you do to fighting each other, we could be truly great.

After running the ASIO for many months successfully, I now know what side of the fence Theolor is on

I'm sick of the personal attacks and BS that is coming from all these different groups. That includes this comment.

Rather than reach out and try to understand his problem, you just bash him. Since you won't take the time, I've done it indirectly on your behalf.

Theolor's issues stem from the January revolution (by gbr_blue). At tha point, CS passes returned to congress. gbr_blur has used his every term to admit a MEKhead, refuses to participate in the senate debates (defrieded me and won't re-re-accept my FR for that matter) and doesn't follow the rules that everyone else agrees to. I have an issue with that too, mostly because I haven't seen the ADP sanction the behaviour at all.

The rest is conspiracy without justification. Possibly hyperbole, such as:
JT was gbr's puppet.
MEK is plotting a PTO.
Guagature is the thin edge of the wedge, out to discredit Rusty.

And so on. Again I will repeat my theme.

I had not "bashed" him as you so eloquently put it. Though I have verbally retaliated when he has chosen to disregard discussion and attack my standing as opposed to discussion that was had..

Rusty dug his own hole by trying to discredit ADP as a whole rather than a couple of individuals he had an issue with.

We all know that there is no restriction that can be made to pulling party members into line, this is an online game after all that has no bearing on RL or any repercussions on that person on their actions taken.

Lastly, so much for a democracy when a political party follows the CP ruling to only be guided away by a separate agenda.

Anyways, sorry for jumping on you and accusing you of 'bashing'. Your spray being retaliatory does not excuse it. You are an adult, and a mature member of the community. Be bigger than tit-for-tat insults. Rise above it all and lead by example.

I know there are no immediate controls on wayward behaviour. Some things that could have been done but haven't:
- an article explaining what happened (re: January revolution) and why.
- put rogue senators at the bottom of the liADP is fortunate to have more volunteers than seats.
