WE THE COMMUNITY

Day 2,457, 06:40 Published in USA USA by SenoritaLaura

As lot of you already know, I like to get free stuff cause that keeps me going in this game and if there wasn't so many people that are willing to help, I'd quit long time ago. Yesterday, I've noticed this article from Sisk, that got me thinking. "It's related to community and it includes some rewards. Can't ask for more." So, I've decided to take my chances and participate in it. There are some rules that have to be followed, but I'll do this my way.

When there's competition that has "community" in its name, you can't just answer few questions that were written by the author of competition. You're supposed to write something about community by itself. So, lets get started.

I've started to play this game more then two years ago. Before this one, I've played few other MMO games. From my experience, game is falling apart, when strength of community is weakening.
For example. There is an alliance with 10 members and then three members decide to quit playing. If there's no one to replace them, there's big chance that more members of that alliance will quit as well. With more and more players quiting, there's less chance that game will develop further but instead it'll start to shut down.

Why have I mentioned all this? I've a feeling that there's no bright future in front of this game. As time is passing by, new players are loosing their competitiveness amongst other players and when you can't compete with others, you loose your interest in something. On the other hand, old players can't find new goals for themselves, so they also quit.

As I said, community kept me going. Although my intentions were not to get involved with anyone in this game, I had to if I wanted to keep playing. I think that I can freely say that there's no such game like this one when you talk about people.
If you ask something, someone will answer.
If you ask for something, there'll be someone to give it to you.
Even if you want to argue, you'll find someone for that.

Longer I'm here, stronger is feeling that erepublik is something closer to a social network then to a game. Cause, while game is becoming worse with every week behind us, community is becoming greater to compensate the difference. I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who is trying to keep this game going. Your hard work is appreciated amongst our community. Those guys from erep team should stop ignoring you and listen to you instead.

This was my share of thoughts. I'll now answer those questions, so I can be eligible for prizes.

My profile page:

I haven't done much in this game, but what I'm most proud of is that I've become 2nd commander in a MU in which I've started my military career.

I can't describe with words how much I despise politics and politicians. I wouldn't have such opinion if they would have done any good for people like me and you.

War is another topic I could write a lot about. Connect politicians and war and you know there's no good in it. If I was one who decides, there would be no wars.
Although I was very little when there was war in my country, and although I haven't (fortunately) experienced nothing more then air raid sirens, I was aware enough to realize that bad things are happening. Few years after end of the war, I was still crying when there was air raid sirens testing in my city.

I don't have favorite song, but when talking about war, this song comes to my mind. Although it isn't about war, it talks about separation (young couple is separated because their parents doesn't approve their relationship).
Slavi Trifonov - Jovano, Jovanke

There's also lot of good movies out there, but this is one of my favorites.

Well, that's it. Congratulations to those who managed to read this till the end.

To increase my chances of winning this competition and to motivate you, I'll give 3 and 2*1 gold to those who leave comments bellow. Votes are also appreciated. Even if I don't win, you will. 🙂
