We need performance based salaries
I suggest to implement this formula in calculation of the salary that each worker receives after work:
Skill factor * Trivia factor * Wellness factor * Salary.
Hereby:
-Workers with skill of let's say 4.80 will receive a bigger salary than one with 4.05 in the same company, so they will get a fair salary.
-Workers will be motivated to answer to the trivia and keep their wellness high.
-It will simplify a lot the GM's life and work.
And this is not so hard to implement.
Please vote and comment!!!

This is a very good idea!
There are like 1000000 good suggestion how admins can improve this game...but they all remain suggestions...
it's a good idea but loordsteaua is kind'a right
Even simpler it would be to pay the salary proportional to production units. We don't need another formula, productivity formula is enough. For example, when you post a job offer, you say 1RON/productivity unit!
But apart from that, I totally agree with you. Employees are not motivated to respond to trivia or to watch their wellness, and employers have absolutely no control over their companies. No info, no statistics, nothing...

@Pristanda: "Even simpler it would be to pay the salary proportional to production units"
No because not all companies have the optimum number of workers, and the employees should not be disadvantaged for this.
voted, it's a big problem for managers

I'm tired to vote suggestions who remain only suggestions...
we need a productivity engine in a company, so GM dont have to change the salary based on the skill manually

Big problem for a manager. How to make my employee interested in trivia ???
a manager's problem is not about the workes' slikk, but about the worker's productivity

Softwind is right, it shouldn't matter how many employees the company has when the salary is calculated

True & voted, of course.
Couldn't we get info on how much each worker actually produced? Then the manager can adjust the salary according to that.
@ECSL: You cant expect all the info right in front you mate your expected to do some of the work
go to the wiki, find the productivty formula and make a spreadsheet
with that you hsould be able to work out everything including you break even sales
you just gotta work a bit
For sure they have to change this salary - skill - productivity formula. Voted!
sweet
No! You suggested it! Now the admins will never put it in

Would be better if we could see the productivity of each employee on the last day, and we'd calculate the salary based on it...

i do agree with the idea in theory... but that would then turn around to become bad for people who cant be stuffed making an effort to answer the questions.... and just take random guesses... what you're saying would then in turn stop these people from getting enough money to purchase food and other supplies needed... unless you find a way to beat the trivia every time...

So you're saying GM's have no say in what they pay their employees and people that work for Q5 businesses get paid the same as Q1's?
good idea

not a great idea. remove the wellness factor frm the formula

Parca am fi in comunism. De ce sa dam salarii fixate de cineva cand totul ar trebui sa fie negociabil
I like the plan, but i think GM's must be able to set the multipliers for their own company.
I think that this will push people to cheat. Not voted at all.
I like the ideea so I vote for it. And i think this is one of the ideeas that should make admin's priority for developing.
simply say : productivity factor * salary

Good idea!
LOL i suggested it way long ago in forums, George made comment there but still they did not do anything about it, since its easier to leave it the way it is now, if you know what i mean...

The good part of the suggestion is that it would actually encourage people to do their best at the trivia. Other than that it would actually just take away all the effort of running a company. You can actually look at your employees skill and health and give them the "right" salary. Making it all automated would take away all need for managers that actually know what they're doing.
I like
Yes this idea already suggested from long time ago :p
Or make it simple, skill increment depends on trivia results, like strength, in that way employee will pay attention on trivia not to skip that part when work. Bigger skill bigger salary isn't it?

@cotizo "I think that this will push people to cheat. Not voted at all."
There are very simple solutions to make the trivia impossible to decode. But this is a thing to fix before that. And the trivia can provide a bonus of 100% so nobody afford to lose it.
This is ludicrous. With the flux in wellness AND daily production, you would be raising and lowering salaries daily. It's bogus. And a bad idea.
