With the presidential elections around the corner and changes in goals worldwide, there has been one major change that will greatly affect Ireland, and that is Jewitts promise to invade the eUk if elected, this will of course destroy our wargames as well as being a source of awkwardness as we have the Raleigh treaty but as the admins said, it is not law without the signatures of all congressmen and women.
What this means???
Well for one we can ignore our old ties with the eUk help the US conquer them and maybe reclaim the North, then continue with our US wargames (Unlikely IMO)
Or we can push to have the Raleigh treaty properly ratified and defend the eUk whilst looking for wargames abroad for the future?
Or something else entirely??

That would put us in a tight spot. I don't know if it would be in eIreland's best interest to get involved in such a conflict. We'll just have to wait and see.
We wont have to wait long and one way or the other it's gonna involve us.

That's also how I feel but I don't see it happening tbh.
There is always neutrality.
But we are not neutral.
Technically we are at War with America and have a dubious Non-Aggression Pact with the United Kingdom. Honestly, it looks as if our friendly relations with the two can be used to secure non-intervention in our boarders. It's safe to be taken aback, not to constantly conspire for the North.
Or we could use our war with the US to territory swap and help the US conquer the UK 😉
Of course we would have to get N.I. for it to be worth anything
Well Dan if the US attack Britian its most likely to wipe them out, or hope for a BIG payout so NI may come into it.
We need a 32 county sovereignty committee 😛

I'm all for giving Northern Ireland to you guys! If the US goes through with their invasion of the UK, I will campaign government to give Northern Ireland to Ireland. I don't have that much influence but I can drum up support.
Technically were not reclaiming the north because we have never had it. This is the NEW WORLD. In the New World, NI is part of the UK. So we would be taking over part of the UK, not reclaiming anything.
Who are u kidding pdiddy, it may be a new world (unjustifiable so) but we all know what NI means to the majority.
In the new new world NI is part of Eire.
To be honest tho, cant see it happening
Unless the mechanics are altered to allow 'naturalization' of regions NI is a poison fruit for us.
We have to choose what we will do now. We cant be left cold if the US attcks the UK

Vargask our strategy in these maters is: when there is a war and a friendly neighbor asks us to join we debate what to do until the conflict is already over 🙂
We managed to do this for months if necessary. If the US waits for UK's MPPs to end then attacks, we will only need to debate for 2 days
