War College/H.A.M.M.E.R. - Why Political ATO Matters to the Everyday Soldier

Day 2,126, 16:45 Published in USA USA by crashthompson.

Despite political feelings, despite parties, the battlefield belongs to all eRep citizens who choose to click that red button.

Sadly the battlefield is not limited to just the fight screen.

Each month, three times a month actually, politics gets involved in our everyday life. Some choose to keep their heads buried in the mud of the battlefield and some soldiers care.

Either way, it doesn't matter. As soldiers, we meet and fight our enemies whether in a RW, defending a territory, invading a territory, or defending the political field of the eUS.

Consider it this way, using our votes in ATO operations is like clearing our and maintaining our weapons. The politics is what allows us to have our Natural Enemies, our MPPs, declare war, etc... If we don't get those in working order, if we don't maintain and protect it, then what good are our guns to our nation.

2-3 clicks is all that is required to participate and help with ATO operations.

Click 1 - Leave your political party
Click 2 - Join ATO focused political party
Click 3 - Click to Vote
Click 4 - Vote for the ATO guy
Click 5 - Leave the ATO Focused political party
Click 6 - Rejoin your political party.

Can be done in 5 mins.

And I was wrong, its 6 clicks, not 2-3.

Look,

We unit against a common enemy on the battlefield.

We must unit against a common enemy on the political battlefield.

Like in any war, we need every bullet. And on the political battlefield, each soldier gets one, their vote.

So use it and participate in ATO operations.

Here are some good SHIELD/War College articles and forum posts about ATO -
