Vote Luke on June 25th

Hello to everyone who reads this! You have already made a step towards a better eCanada by taking the time to read an article relating to a congressional election,

In this past month, I have voted for what I believed to be right for eCanada in the absence of any guidance from the public of eCanada. I voted against proposals such as naming the United Kingdom as our natural enemy, just hours after leaving EDEN. I also voted against naming Ireland, an EDEN country as our natural enemy just days after leaving EDEN. If ONE or EDEN had chosen to fight us on either of those occasions, you probably would not have the opportunity to elect a congress for eCanada on Monday.

Taxes, no one likes them, but no one likes us having no money. Balancing taxes is one of the toughest jobs available to congress. I am fully supportive of a balanced tax system that maximises income while minimising the amount of money that you, the citizens of eCanada, must pay. I am not going to pretend that that is an easy goal to achieve, but I will do my best to do it exactly that.

I am not going to promise a mile long list of things that a single congressperson can do; but I will do is promise that I will represent the views of eCanada. Any eCanadian will be able to contact me with anything that they would like raised within the eCanadian congress, and I will pass those views on, whether I agree with them or not (as long as it isn't stupidly outlandish).

I will be one voice within many, but I feel that my experience around eCanada and the eWorld gives me the experience that is needed in our congress system to look at things from more than one point of view. Too often we look at how our decisions affect us, but what we also need to consider is how our decisions affect those around us. One stupid decision could lead to open war with our neighbours.

Everything I say will be based on a full consideration of the facts and every vote I cast will be fully explained. My actions as a congressperson of eCanada will be able to be fully scrutinised by anyone who wishes to do so.
