This is My Action Contract for my term in Congress if you elect me.

I WILL stop the PTO by taking strong action against them.

I WILL stop the embargoes, We must not damage Thailand by voting yes on the embargoes, We need those traders... If you have taken notice to one of my Do not embargo list, Every country hes tried to embargo...

And I WILL TRY to impeach the president by making sure that every member of congress is aware of the impeachment and votes yes.

So....

Monocom, Congressmen can't change that at all. Only the President can change the starting message.
