Friends, Voters, Countrymen! In the words of Mark Antony – lend me your ears! You may have heard from me in the last month or so as I began my journey into the e-World in earnest. If you are a Y&H voter you have almost certainly heard from me.

Once I get a few administrative details sorted, I will be standing for election as a congressman to represent the lovely people of Yorkshire and Humberside. Regardless of your political inclinations, I want to represent you!

Although it's fashionable to accuse the TUP of not having any policies, this time it's our competitors who are lagging behind. I have some cracking promises to make to you that will hopefully secure your vote!

1.Firstly, for those of you who use the clinic, I will help our local NHS director by making a list of our worst off patients to help him prioritise. I have received wellness when I was on 70+ and friends of mine have gone without when on less than ten! It's not his fault, it's a lot of work and I'll help him out.
2.I will vote on every motion, and will report back to you in the forums after every vote, and will personally message every voter at the end of my term to feed back on all of my votes and my reasons for voting so you can hold me to account- and not just be a name on a candidate list to you!
3.I will make sure that all of our newest members know who their congressman is so they have someone to ask for advice. I will do that by messaging them as they join us (there aren't a lot in Y&H) with a message and a link to the forums and beginners guides, to give every eCitizen the best start in the new world.

In conclusion, I will do all the work you would expect from a congress candidate. And remember, I represent you, so I won't just be spouting my own views, I'll be fighting your case in the Commons.

Also you have some promises, but they don't seem like policies, and there are quite a lot of people in Y&H, over 250, I know I have messaged them all within the space of one day. This message also contained a link to the forums. And well, the congressman's job is to represent the people, so you're not really doing anything different to countless others are you? Just some thoughts on your manifesto

Thank you for your constructive comments Indiekid. I do have some very good ideas for making a contribution to the eUK not just Y&H. I didn't refer to the MDU in particular, I have great respect for your party.

Apparently your policies are mainly focused on such things as a 'pub quiz'. Let's not throw bricks in glass houses ok?

And tell me if I'm wrong, but didn't the 12 people who voted for you vote for the UKRP not the MDU? In which case do you think they'll vote for you again after you betrayed their party?
