Introduction
'Ello!

The name's Roz. I'm just a simple gal that likes to keep things fun and fresh. Since I joined the UK community, I have tried to become as involved as possible to get the most out of this game and to attempt to enhance the experience for others. I am a member of the UKSF (SBS regiment serving under that salty dog Mr Woldy). I've served a few stints in the MoHA, some of you may recognize my name from various government sponsored junk mail. Finally, I am also one of the army suppliers.

This month I will be running in the congressional elections for the ESO party in the region of Northern Ireland. I am an extremely active player ingame, on forum, and on IRC. I don’t claim to be the most experienced or most knowledgeable, but I am willing to learn, listen, and work very hard. I know that this is bombardment season for election articles, but please bear with me!

My views on:

THE ECONOMY
Everyone says the same things here. Taxes are reasonable, production is high....not much to talk about. Now if we can stop those admins from randomly making changes all the time!

THE MILITARY
Obviously I am a staunch supporter of the military.
Maintaining NE status is a strong priority for me. Since we are now essentially cocooned inside the TERRA fortress, we will need to engage in NE training wars with our neighbours.

IRELAND
As I am sure you are all aware, many people are on the eff-Ireland bandwagon lately. I would support an invasion of Ireland. An invasion is worth it just for the general lol-factor.
I would not however support continued defensive occupation of Irish regions that would serve only to drain our national coffers.

FREEBIES
Recently Iain Keers published an article detailing his view that 10% of the national budget should be reserved for gifting and the like. I do support this in principle. I realize that the majority of the UK population is not involved in the military. Some funds should be allocated for the support of these players.

REPRESENTATION
Many people have complained that congress is not transparent enough and that the views of regular citizens are not considered. I pledge to freely release my voting record in weekly updates on this paper, or via PM when requested. I will however refuse to release information regarding matters deemed confidential by congress.

CONCLUSION
