I would like to officially endorse Big Boy Bulley for Presidency of the ePhilippines on the 5th of June. Big Boy Bulley has just demonstrated his commitment to the ePhilippines with the arrival of four, yes four hospitals for these fair shores. The greatness of this achievement cannot be overstated; it offers the ePhilippines a real chance to improve the well being of all its citizens. If there were any doubts to the commitment of Big Boy Bulley and his administration, they should be removed like the earth cleared to make way for these magnificent institutions. There is really no need to take anything else into consideration.
