I think people should know that phpBB3 option can have different looks. At URL in the pool are few of them.

I think thats clear now, you should start work on it😉 Choose style which compromising national colours and readibility, make some logical sections and subforums, we should edit it according needs in future.
I vote our old forum. I think is bad change it. Many peoples know our adress and at this forum is open Argentina embassy.
I dont think that many. I would say that our forum is more inactive than active so we should base voting mainly on preferences. I also remind that there was some problem that every subforum had to have own category, not sure if it was solved or not.

I think that this will soon end up better.
