מצביא, מדינאי, לוחם ומנהיג-אשר חוזה עתיד אחר למדינת ישראל.

הם לא באים להבטיח לכם תשואה של 60% בהון של ישראל, הם לא מבטיחים לכם לכבוש את טורקיה, הם גם לא מבטיחים לכם להיות חברים בהנהגת עדן-להציע נצעות חסרות תכלית כאלו זה התפקיד של אנשים אחרים.

מה אפשר לומר על פרנץ קפקא? בחור מעניין, מעט מסתורי... אחד הכלכלנים הגדולים של ישראל, מנהיג סוחף שיודע לשכנע.
אבל מעל הכל-הוא אמין. הוא לא בא "לשנות את ישראל", לא בא להפוך את ישראל למעצמה, כל אלו הן שטויות חסרות בסיס או תכלית ואותן אחרים מציעים.

בכמה מילים, פרנץ קפקא מציע לנו עתיד טוב יותר. אולי במעט, אבל טוב יותר.
הוא ריאלי, הוא יודע מה הוא עושה, יש לו ניסיון והוא לא פוחד מאתגרים.

גרסת המשחק החדשה כבר בפתח הדלת, אז איך פרנץ שלנו יתמודד עם כל המידע והתוכן החדשים?

1) בניית מערכת שיתוף ביחד עם חברינו האמריקנים, שתכלול מדריכים, מאמרים ומידע בנוגע ל-V2.
2)התאמת המדיניות של הפורומים הרשמיים ומשרדי הקבינט השונים בישראל לגרסא החדשה. לשנות את תפקידם בהתאם לחידושים בגרסא החדשה, להתאים, לסדר ולארגן הכל באופן יעיל יותר.
3)שיפור מנגנון "דובר הקבינט", כלומר יצירת מערכת תקשורת ואמון עם כלל האזרחים-חדשים ו-ותיקים כאחד. נכון להיום רק 10% מהאזרחים נכנסים לפורומים הרשמיים של המדינה, את הנתון הזה פרנץ רוצה לשנות.
4)יצירת מערכת מסחר לבעלי עסקים-קניות, מכירות, השקעות ועוד..
5)כתיבת מדיניות ברורה לגבי העשייה הממשלתית בגרסא הבאה ולגבי ההתערבות בשווקים ובכלכלה.

אז לגבי V2 אפשר בוודאות להבין שפרנץ מכין את המדינה למעבר.
מה בנוגע לתחום הביטחון והצבא, שבזמן האחרון אפשר לומר בוודאות שכושל לגמרי ומתפרק?

יש אנשים שיגידו לכם שזה בסדר, לא קרה כלום-הרי יש את המיני צבאות הפרטיים.
אבל זה פשוט לא מספיק. צריך מודל צבאי מוכן, ברור, רשמי ויעיל שינהל את כל החיילים בצבא ההגנה לישראל.

פרנץ ינסה להגיע להישגים בטחוניים בכמה דרכים:

1) לפתוח דיאלוג מוסכם עם טורקיה.
2) משרד הבטחון מכין תוכנית קרב מלאה עם מוכנות עדכנית לקראת גרסא 2, בעזרת ניסיון אמת בקרבות בבטא, ובעזרת תוכניות של מיטב המוחות הישראלים הצבא יהיה מוכן לפעולה בצורה הכי יעילה לקרב ולהגנה על המולדת.

3) לחכות שהסכם ההגנה המשותף עם יוון יפוג כך שלא יהיה מצב שתהיה מלחמה בין יוון-וטורקיה ואז הכל ייהרס.
4) שמירה על 2-3 הסכמים צבאיים, כך שהמדינה תוכל במהירות הבזק לחתום על הסכמים נוספים.
5) חיזוק הקשרים המדיניים עם מדינות ידידות ישראל, חיזוק מערכת שיתוף המידע.
6) התנגדות לארגוני צבא פרטיים ומחתרתיים. זה סתם חבל ולא מתואם, מה שיכול להוביל למהלכים אינטרסנטיים מנוגדים.

אז מה אפשר לומר על פרנץ קפקא?
מנהיג גדול, עשיר בניסיון, כלכלן מעולה, בנאדם הגיוני וריאלי עם שאיפות, שלידו יעמוד כל הזמן הזה דין מיכאלי-שחקן עם פוטנציאל נהדר.

Man of army, Politician, Warrior, Leader that prophet another future to eIsrael.

They ain't about promise you 60% increase at the eIsraeli GDP, they ain't about promising to conquer eTurkey,
they ain't about promise to be one of the leaders in EDEN either - Those suggestions are another politician jobs.

What can we say about Franz Kafka? an interesting guy, a bit of mysterious.. one of the best financial brains of eIsrael, a great leader that knows how to manage the country.
but most of all - HE IS RELIABLE. he isn't coming to "change eIsrael", isn't about making it the greatest empire ever, all those useless suggestions are for another politicians.

In a few words, FK offer us a better future. maybe just a little, but better
He's feasible, he knows what he's doing and he's not afraid from challanges.

V2 is coming, so how our Franz is going to manage with all the new info?

1) Buliding a cooparation system along with our american friends that will include articles, guides and info about V2
2) Adjusting the ministries in order to make them suit better to V2
3) Improving the mechanism of "Cabinet's Speaker", what meaning a better communication system with all of the citizens - new and old. Today, only 10% login to Israel's official forums. Franz wanna change that
4) Making a trading system to company owners - buying, selling, investing etc.
5) Writing a clear policy about the government activity in V2 and about interventing in the markets

You can surely unserstand that Franz is preparing the country to V2 so what about the defence and military area, which in recent time we can say that is faling

Some people may say, it's OK, we have mini private armies
but this is just isn't enough, we must have a official, prepared, clear and efficient military moudule that will manage all the soldiers in eIDF

FK will try to reach defence goals in this ways:
1) make an open dialog with Turkey
2) wait for the MPP with Greece will expire so we won't have a war between Greece and Turkey so everything will be ruined
3) keeping 3-4 MMPs, so the country would be able to quicky make new MPPs
4) objecting private and underground armies. It's inappropriate and uncoordinated, which can lead to opposite acts
5) The ministry of Defence is making a whole battleprogram that will be realistic to v2. with the real-time test of our best players and with the best of Israeli's brains our army would be set to act by the best way to protect our country!


So what can we tell about Franz Kafka?
A great leader, a reasonable and feasible man with ambitions that will have Dean along side him - a player with a great potential
