In any (e) government The Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces (ARMY) are separated, they work and put the projects in action according to their procedures and systems!
And when you look at the treasury of Ministry of Defense of eSerbia you can see that there is nearly no money! So do you think that they start an resistance war or found a strong army? NO!
If it is so, we do not know!
To be honest I talked to the president of eSerbia and he seem that he did not like the other citizens to be active in eGovernment of eSerbia or something like that!
But if they recognize “Vojska Srbije” as the official armed forces organization of eSerbia I will work efficiently, but if they don’t, then we would continue as non-governmental organization!
What I m planning to do is that;
Firstly I swear that I will use the donations just for the future of our eSerbian, and I also swear that I will not betray my eSerbia country!
And i will publish the names of citizens that donated money and what did i buy with that money and to whom did i distribute weapons with that money!..
Then we (Vojska Srbije) will distribute weapons to nearly every eSerbian citizen, the aim is to increase the damage range of every single citizen of eSerbia.
We can be less in number if we compare us with eCroatians, but with increasing our damage values we can be as strong as them!
The first aim of Vojska Srbije is that!
And I will share the others with you dear readers as quickly as possible but at first we must solve the protocol and procedure problems with eAdministration of eSerbia!

Prosto mi je zao vise kritikovati te ali... Sam si trazio...
1. Izuzetno je GLUPO pisati srpske novine u Srbiji i obracati se Srbima na engleskom.
2. Ako vec koristis engleski, koristi ga kako treba. Napravi pauzu u igranju (ili bar u pisanju "clanaka") i upisi kurs engleskog jezika ako vec neznas jezik drzave u kojoj zelis da osnujes vojsku. (?!?)
3. Pogresno koristis "simple past tense" ("...did i buy..."). Probaj sa "past perfect tense" ("...I have bought...").
4. Vojska eSrbije vec postoji, sorry...

ACTUAL PROBLEM IS THAT THIS SERBIA HAS SURVIVED SEVERAL SERIOUS MONETARY ATTACK IN PAST FEW DAYS, AND THEREFORE YOU SIMPLY CAN'T EXPECT US TO BE ABLE TO INVEST COUNTLESS GOLD INTO "TRAINING" ARMY AT THIS POINT.
WE HAVE MADE FEW MUTUAL PROTECTION PACTS, WHICH WE USE ON REGULAR BASIS, AND MOST OF OUR REAL ARMY IS ABROAD, TRAINING, WHERE THEY EARN THEIR WEAPONS WORKING IN GOVERNMENT COMPANIES AND PREPARING FOR LIBERATION OF OUR ORIGINAL REGIONS.

I would like to take a moment to ask our citizens not to be so hostile. Correcting someone's english is just uncivilised. I for one can understand him, and if you can't perhaps there's someting lacking in all of your educations. As he explained he lives abroad, God knows for how long, and it is a sad reality that people forget languages they do not use. This hovever, does not mean they shouldn't be listened to or that they have ill intentions. There are a lot of Serbs living abroad in RL and if this is the way we are going to treat them, we are nedlessly alienating people who could help eSerbia become great.
I for one don't find it hard to communicate in English, and I will adress his article in my next comment.
To make it perfectly clear, while I do not have anything against you personally, I do have a lot against paramilitary organisations out of principle. Another thing I have a problem with when it comes to paramils is command structure. If you lead a paramil that's seperate from the government, there's no real way to control you, and eSerbia has a history of paramils run by people who are just not cut out for the job (they had a series of public outbursts and flatout actions which damaged eSerbia diplomatically).
The Ministry of Defense has at least some standards when it comes to men that it chooses for it's military leaders. The only standards for paramil leaders is who founded it, or who had the most cash, which is not related in any way to that person's personal qualities or expertise in military matters.

To adress your qualms about our governemt's way of doing things.
From what I can gather you asked Lipec for a charge in the army, and he probably explained that we have all the commanders we need. Not only is this true, but we work in 1 month cycles: people apply for the army when the draft is announced, and they serve a 30 day term in the army. It is during the draft that people are invited to take up a commanding position if their qulifications merit it. You can't join the army in the middle of the term, let alone be given a unit to lead.
As for financial matters - the government doesn't currently have the funds to support the army. The government does own weapons and iron companies and our soldiers work there for weapons. These weapons are mostly stockpiled for the liberation war, but they are given out to soliders so that they can train as well. There is enough money in the Bank of Serbia and Ministry of Finance to pay for the needed liberation wars. Also, we are a part of an alliance that has a richer countries (Indonesia, Brasil, Hungary) and they do help us out financially. For example, the last time we started a RW in East Serbia and an attack on Vojvodina in a coordinated action - the Hungarians paid for both battles.
Also, the idea of you raising enough funds for training and paying for battles through donations is preposterous. We are not a rich country, and you're talking about funds in excess of 600 gold, which not even our government raised in a single fundraiser during the most dire of times. It's unrealistic.
I appreciate that your intentions may have been well placed, but you came off as arrogant, seriously uninformed, argumentative and ignorant, which is not a good way to accomplish anything. I hope that you are satisfied with what I wrote, and that come next draft you'll apply for our regular army.

@Nemanja, I partially agree with you. I do understand what he wrote even though his English is not so good (and neither is his Serbian). But, he is coming out of the blue to create yet another paramilitary formation that carries a reserved name (Vojska Srbije) which could obviously be mixed up with the official Serbian army. His eRepublik birthday is 18.04.2009, so he is only a month old guy. I think he is either a provoker, or just ignorant. In either case, all I have to say is:

Bravo Pavle za clanak. Stvarno treba imati hrabrosti da sa svojim trenutnim lvl-om (13) javno zatrazis donacije za novoosnovanu paravojnu jedinicu. Ukoliko nisi obavesten , vojska eSrbije odavno postoji i funkcionise a nije se pozivala na "I swear" gluposti.
Savet: Okani se vojnih tema , smisli nesto novo cime ces pomoci eSrbiji , tako (mozda) i dobijes neki pozitivan komentaru svojim novinama.
P.S. U Srbiji se govori Srpski jezik, neka tako i ostane. Probaj u google translater-u da prevedes rec BRE!

Da mi prvo sredimo ekenomiju i stanemo na noge koliko toliko,pa ce biti love za vojsku,sto se tice rada vlade,ja nemam zamjerki,a iskreno pucam se u ekonomiju,pa se u taj dio vladanja i nepetljam.
No htio bih na ovo da skrenem paznju,nebi bilo prvi put da pomazemo nekome a ti isti nam okrenu ledja,da mi poturamo ledja,ajmo Srbi vamo,ajmo Srbi tamo,a kad treba nama,onda ko vas jebe Srbi.
Trebamo biti svjesni da za taj PEACE nase teritorije nemaju strateske polozaje,pa moje licno misljenje da od njih i necemo imati pomoc za oslobadjanje istih (daj boze da grijesim),znaci ono sto se kaze u se i u svoje kljuse,ALI SLOGE MORA BITI INACE NISTA OD NAS.

Pavle, you are probably born in some other country and your parents, that are Serbs, have raised you as a patriot. Right?

We don't like people from diaspora coming here and telling us what to do, and behaving like the now the best way, and we're only ignorant rednecks.
And you CAN'T use the name Vojska Srbije, 'cause there can be only one Army of Serbia. If you used any other name, you would be welcomed with open arms, but this was really arrogant, and just plain stupid.
If you want to do something for eSerbia, join the the REAL army, donate gold to government, or just simply live here, work every day, train and be a good citizen.
Don't try to be a general when you're just a n00b private.
