I'm here to announce that eIsrael is under heavy oppression by Vogons. Ya know, those ugly, boring and self-assured guys like these ones:
Endless talking and gobbling, committees of this and boards of that, square miles of papers and
laws, million-years discussions on nothing special-you name it!
Meanwhile, our borrow is stuck in same ditch for aeons, nothing happens and we are still among developing eNations.
Let's get rid of these nasty ones and take back our eCountry!
It is pretty simple – CP appoints one KM per assignment and by the end of the term checks out the development. Success-you are the man of your word and can proceed. Failed-go home and do not return for next term because your name is on the list published by CP and no PP is allowed to choose you for next term or two.
It is time for personal responsibility and initiative!

PPs can't choose really who to run in each district. They can only choose if more than 7 want to run, and they still need to pick the top 7.
