I salute you, people of ePeru.

I'm Viljami Koho. ex-Congress member, and ex-minister of eFinland. I have spent most of my life in eIndonesia, and I fighted in WSR, ESR and many other fights, but still I am a Finn.
I came over here with some of my friends, and trust me, they know politics.



Foreign Policy

It is highly likely that Peru will suffer a PTO (Political Takeover.)
But if not, it is important to have good relations with neighboring countries and PEACE.
Even Peace membership is an option! It would be better, if we would stay neutral, but sometimes PEACE is the only option. Peace is either the best option, or the worst option.
It would also be good to have strong allies (the United States, Indonesia, etc...)
Brazil and/or Argentina are either the greatest threat or greatest ally from the South American countries. Others are not so awesome 😃.


Domestic Policy

We have High Grain, High Iron and High Wood. So we should keep same import tax or raise it. Income tax should be lowered, so our own companies get more profit.
Something like:


Wood Income: 5-10% Import: 10-15%
Iron Income: 5-10% (Iron is a very popular raw material) Import: 10-20%
Grain Income: 2-5% (We need food ofc) Import: 10-15%

For Oil taxes should be 2% and 2%, but for Diamonds taxes should be 0-2% We dont have any Diamonds in Peru 🙁.

Even when we cant be attacked yet, we should have a hospital (Q3-5).
Probably we will buy it from some other country, and not make it by our selfs. For this
Both hospital and defense system taxes shoud look like this:

Hospital: 1% 1% 1%
Defense System: 1% 1% 1%

There arent ANY Construction companies in Peru, so Import tax should be lowered for houses. Usually people buy their houses with gold, but some people do it other way.
So, taxes for houses should look more like this:

Income: 2% Import 10% VAT: 5%

For food, weapons, etc i cant say yet. Just look how companies do with these taxes, and change them later. Goverment should give gold for companies who need Licences to other countries. Goverment would pay about 50% of the price.
