Vice President Update - Day 1572

Day 1,572, 16:21 Published in Canada Canada by Andrew McKenzie Caine

Hello eCanada,

We are at a very pivotal point in our history. These days will certainly resonate throughout the times and hold a very important place in our memories. It is in these times that we must begin to write that very history. How we perceive this time, how we act during it, changes how it works. It comes down to us to figure out how these past few days will be remembered.

As of right now, we have adopted a very Roman perception of our ordeal. The country is burning, and the wolves are at our gates. This cannot be how we continue to deal with this day. We cannot abandon each other now. We must not.

I have come to address you eCanada. The Cabinet has been diligently working with EDEN allies in attempts to figure out a solution to these problems. Time is short, and every minute counts right now. Acacia Mason will be releasing another article later this evening.

We understand why you are feeling like this eCanada. We understand these emotions and words. We hear you, and we are trying. But we cannot begin to heal if we keep doing damage. We must stop the bleeding first, and right now, we're losing too much blood.

Hold on. Please, I beg of you eCanada, hold on. We are trying, and we will find these answers. We will do our utmost to keep eCanada together. We must, no matter what, stay together. No matter what happens in these next few days, hold onto your faith. Please, trust us to come to a solution. We know this is a tall order under these circumstances, but we cannot afford to sink lower. Look at how bad we have been at each others throats. We are being hammered to the point of desperation and we gnawing at our own national fabric.

People of eCanada, I have said this before, and I shall say it again; we must R I S E. This stops now. The infighting, the finger pointing, the pointless tearing of this nation. It stops here. We have looked into the past for too long. It is what has brought us to this point. As of right now, we cannot continue to look to the past for answers. What lies there are only bad memories. If we travel backwards, we will be crushed.

Put aside the anger. Put aside the hate. As of right now, eCanada, move forward. As of this moment, we operate as a country. No exceptions. We have seen others leave in order to break us down. They do not believe we can handle ourselves. They do not believe in us. Let us prove them wrong. They had the chance to come back to make this right. That chance is gone. From now one, eCanada, this must mark the beginning of a clean slate. By all means, never forget; but do not live in the past.

From this moment on, anyone who goes against the freedom of eCanada will be subject to the full extent of our laws. Any movement of ill will or malevolence toward fellow eCanadians will be met with proper consequences. In any other circumstance, we would look to rectifying the past. But, at this time, the past is what is tearing us apart, and we must move on from it. If not, we risk invasion.

It is time to unify. It is time to show the eWorld that eCanada is ready to believe in itself again. It is ready to mend and to mold itself into a great aspiring nation once more. Prove those who would see us fall wrong, and together, we will see a difference.

Take this step with us eCanada. Step now, together. Be the foundation. Be the change. We are working toward it. Work with us now. Let our heads cool, and breathe deep. Let us compose ourselves, and show them; together.

This is not so much an update, but a plead. Acacia Mason will be addressing eCanada with another article, as previously mentioned. I simply needed to speak. Believe in eCanada people. And should ever your faith in us falter, never lose faith in yourselves. Stay together.

Sincerely,

Vice President of eCanada
