That's pretty clear. VAT on weapons should not be set higher than 15%.

10% (like currently) is the second choice.

Clearly I think we should set food VAT for 15%. Setting food vat too high seriously affects business owners.

I am still waiting tohear from Addy about his study into our tax income before I finalise my opinion. At this stage I think 15% is a good middle ground
