V1 is getting better - scamming employees

Today I quit my previous job to go work for myself at Cowboy Wood(who is still hiring, check us out). Since paying myself wouldn't accomplish anything, I tried to lower my wages to the minimum wage. Well guess what... it wouldn't let me! I got this message:
The salary cannot be lower then the amount agreed until 3 days passes.
It is a great thing that they fixed this "bug" so you now can't hire a worker for high wages and immediately reduce his wages.
A couple of issues I am still having:
1. You can't move a company once you have created it. I mean you just spend 20+ gold, at least give us an option to move it(even if it requires some more gold).
2. They haven't converted my SO from the beta to an Organization in V1. It is very frustrating, b/c I had to use 5 gold to create an Organization just so I could get in business.

Because companies are tied to regions and the productivity of each region, they cant move. (Raw Materials companies are connected, so all must be). Your citizen or Organisation can move though, which is nice. You can even take your organisation to a foreign country and set up a business there.
It makes sense - for RM companies at least - If you have an oil well in Texas, you can't take it to Chicago.
