US Cavalry Welcomes Home an RL Soldier
Cavalry Public Affairs
Dateline: Sunday October 24 (Day 1069)
Location: US Cavalry Field Headquarters
Reporter: Captain George Armstrong "Old Man" Custer
RL US Cavalry meets eRep US Cavalry
Sir Valaro Volcrum, known in IRC as SVV, has graduated Army Basic Training, and will soon be going to his Army Military Occupation Specialties (MOS) school. He has published an article in his own newspaper, Hell Jumper, in which he explains better than I can his experience in Basic Training, his plans for the US Army, and his intentions for his role in eRepublik.
I am happy to report that SVV has been accepted to our game US Cavalry and will be recruiting more RL Cavalrymen to play pretend soldier along with us. Join us in congratulating Cavalry Recruit SVV on his graduation from RL Army Basic Training, and welcome him back to eRepublik and to our own US Cavalry.

More (game) US Cavalrymen have newspapers of their own, and publish some pretty decent articles.
I ask all readers to check out these newspapers, vote and subscribe, and leave a positive Comment.
Cavalry Recruit HobbitTon's newspaper,
Tales From the Shire, currently features a petition to game Admins, and the previous article is a first-person account of his recent battlefield exploits.
Rct. HobbotTon is also the ADTP Party President and is a US Congressman running for re-election in New Hampshire (of course!).
Warrant Officer 1 Lieutenant Scheisskopf's newspaper,
Stars and Stripes, currently has an election platform piece, as he is running for US Congress re-election in Michigan. WO1 Scheisskopf's paper is the home of the eWorld's premier battle analysis.
Major Alexander_Auctoritas's newspaper,
As G As It Gets is an eclectic intellect's delight, usually educating the reader on some pretty interesting if not obscure topics. Maj. Auctorias is running for Congress, his first time, in Utah.
Support Your US Cavalry
by subscribing to this newspaper, the Cavalry Saber, the official newspaper of the US Cavalry,
and by supporting US Cavalry candidates for US Congress.
If you are a US Cavalryman with a newspaper of your own, please consider contributing an article now and then to your Cavalry Saber.
If you are above skill 9 in any weapon, join the US Cavalry today!

I just can't get over the ridiculous hats that the cav guys wear. 19😨 So close to 11B...Yet so far, far away...
six years later-- everything we once knew is gone or different.. only constant is the decline of the game quality, player numbers and fu*ks given. six years ago we had just a preview of things to come.
